I didn't like the confused front desk man who said I needed to pay the taxes after I paid with Expedia. In the morning the girl said I didn't owe any taxes since I used Expedia to book. Just watch my bank for refund if I did get charged.

I was charged with at park without asking me if I have a car to park. I was picked up infront of the hotel. I didn’t have the chance to check my invoice before I got home. More over, I was checked in 0145ish, but I was still on the plane. I checked in later after 0800. Furthermore, the AC is full of dust. Not cleaned regularly. I had allergy reaction so I have to turn off the AC which helped.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing ! Everyone was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! The only downside was the bathroom smelled moldy, however, it was doable. Would stay again. Thank you

The hotel is nice. It looks like it was updated not too long ago. The downside was we didn't notice that the pool was closed until the end of June, which is one of the reasons we were going to this hotel.

Stayed at this property before and had no issues. However, this time we had some disappointed moments. positives: Rooms are priced properly, clean/updated hallways/rooms. Negatives: TV's -(you only get 1 channel) when asking about it staff seemed annoyed to reset the box (and it didn't work if they tried). So imagine only able to watch "sponge bob" for 2 days (NOT COOL). Continental breakfast - Its a normal lame breakfast. However. The person overseeing the breakfast is a little much. She hovers over you as you get your food, inquiring over every item you put on your plate, and then watches you as you eat. This happened both mornings. I let it go the first day but 2 days straight of this again is a little much. I understand only 5 rooms were occupied each night but seriously. - If you are above the kitchen/seating area you will be up around 4am guaranteed, to the sound of banging and staff conversations. walls are very thin. Room Service- I honestly don't think they have anyone for RS as our room never got serviced. Parking lot- guests will definitely get a flat tire someday if you don't fix it.

Overall terrific hotel
Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. I only had 2 issues. 1. The pillows are so fluffy they arent good for side or stomach sleepers. 2. We couldn't get our tv off the hotel channel. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will likely stay there again.
