Very enjoyable stayPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Traveled with 2 kids... the pool was important. Friendliness of the staff makes the stay much more pleasant. Complimentary snacks and refreshments.
Location: Findley Lake is a very small town about a mile down the road. Close to Peak n Peak.
Friendly staff, clean in and out, comfortable beds, cheerful lobby, great breakfast, very nice pool area. Short of someone tucking you in at night, I'm not sure what more could be expected at a travel hotel.

Nice hotel. Smelled clean.Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Neat, clean, smelled nice.
Cons: Stiffer beds
We stayed one night at the HI Express Findley Lake this past weekend (8/22/15). Passed up the hotel using our GPS directions. Once we found it, it was nice. Staff were friendly. It was clean and smelled good. Plenty of space in the rooms, but the beds were a bit too soft for our liking. Plenty of pillows!! They had pancake in August night from 8p-12a - that was different. The pool was clean and inviting - we pretty much had it to ourselves. Check out was easy.

Hotels.com stated this hotel was in the Jamestown area, but it was a good 25 minutes away and the middle of no where. Despite this, it was a great hotel for our short stay.

Great StayPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: The staff was so nice and the hotel was spotless.
Cons: The air quality of the hallways. It was cold and smelled of smoke.
Location: It was close to Findley Lake, Chautauqua and Presque Isle. Great location.
Hotel staff was great - courteous and accommodating, pretty area, great location close to many attractions. My only criticism is that we were told to sign a waiver stating we would not smoke in the hotel rooms, which is great for me since I am a non-smoker, but the hallway on our floor smelled of smoke constantly. This was very off-putting and aggravated my allergies.

BE AWAREPosted Aug 8, 2015 on Hotels
I booked through Hotels, xom. Arrived early, too early to register, but I asked the attendent to give me a room toward the back of the hotel. She acknowledged my request. Later, when I registered, I found I had a room in the front, facing Rt. 86. Lots of road noise. My rest was interrupted by trucks, engine braking. The room was dark, poor lighting around the bed, not possible to read in bed. Overall, poor arrangement of lamps/lights. Water pressire was erratic.

Great hotel in a beautiful location!Posted Aug 7, 2015 on Hotels
This was a great find on our trip back from Niagara Falls. The countryside is absolutely beautiful. The King Suite was huge and we had more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool gave the kids plenty of enjoyment. Our middle son LOVED the late night pancakes. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.
