Great locationPosted Aug 19, 2017
First time to Santorini hotel was great for us, beautiful buffet breakfast with many varieties of fresh enjoyable food. Staff were friendly, rooms well cleaned and refreshed daily. Overall for quality and price we thought it was great!

Scheduled pick up never arrived. Room for three adults had child fold up bed! Not worth the xtra $74 a night they charged for it. Bathroom had no proper shower facility so water ended up over floor - very dangerous. Pool and breakfast not open until 8am - pool closed at 8pm. Staff are indifferent to needs of guests - apart from bar staff. Good location but very over priced and under delivered

Excellent!Posted Aug 14, 2017
Stayed half board in a room with a private pool. Brilliant experience! Had excellent breakfast and lunch as part of the good deal while relaxing then went to see the sunset every night for dinner at local restaurants (5min walk). Highly recommend. Staff were also excellent and very professional.

Over priced and I different staffPosted Aug 14, 2017
Should have been highlight of Greek holiday and islands experience but started badly with confirmed pick up not arriving - according to locals it happens all the time! No apology from staff, one key to room for 3 people & no usual explanation about room/hotel features. Might be 4-5* but you carry your own luggage - porter took one bag. Paid for room for 3 adults but 3rd "bed" was a roll away with skinny mattress planked in middle of room. No 3rd cup/glass toiletries etc! Asked numerous times for 3rd cup and eventually went to restaurant for one. Swimming pool nice but not one featured inadvertently and only open 8am-8pm so no early swim. No shower in bathroom just shower head in bath with no wall attachment and with no shower walls or curtain. So bathroom floor got soaked and dangerously slippery. If you like being in a dark hobbit like cave with minimal facilities it would be ok but certainly not recommended for travellers that want a friendly, comfortable stay. The indifferent staff attitude didn't help only friendly staff was bar staff. Overall it lacked basic facilities and was overpriced compared to many hotel experiences we have had over last few weeks.

Nice hotel.Posted Jul 25, 2017
Pros: The rooms, and close to Thira.
Cons: Attention to detail a bit lacking when cleaning rooms, ie. tea and milk not replenished.
Location: Good location.
Really enjoyed our stay, staff where lovely, especially Alex the barman.
