comfortable bed, close to family

Pros: Nice bed, good water pressure in the shower, close to stores and family.
Cons: A little help on check-in with luggage and a coffee pot in the room.
Location: I mostly spent time with my family as this was a family get-together for a graduation.
Pretty much on my own as far as getting my luggage up to the room--nice to have a full-size frig and kitchenette. The noise level was acceptable except for one night, stomping and screaming stopped after the police showed up. Over all pretty much what I expected.

It wasn't bad, some of the staff were rude but mostly just the front desk. The maintenance and cleaning employees were nice.

we booked a smoking room, got to our room and didn't see ashtrays so I called to make sure it was a smoking room and they said no they don't have any available that they would move me to one in the morning. I called the next day asking when we are switching rooms and they said for what? so I explained again we booked a smoking room, so he said again there aren't any available that day so he would show me another one(same guy) in the morning with 1 bed and 1 sofa (we originally had 2 beds) I asked if there was a price difference, he said no, then I look online and saw that room was cheaper than the room I Was in! then still never changed my room. my room was never changed after complaining 3 times!! the ac kept cutting itself off causing us to wake up sweating! The maids are supposed to clean every Wednesday and we stayed here a week and no maid ever came!! someone dialed the wrong phone 5:30 am causing everyone to wake up and we got 2 complaints saying we were being too loud! The walls are paper thin and I heard stomping around at midnight and heard the kids across the hall. I admit the first time I wasn't paying attention how loud my kids were, but the second complaint I know my kids nor I were anything but loud so they must of been complaining about every time we walked around they heard out feet? made my daughter cry cuz I kept telling her she couldn't dance to her tv show and pretty much couldn't play or do anything but sit there and watch TV the whole week!

Hotel had no amenities and was run down

The manager was rude, the fixtures in the bathroom broken or falling apart and their is a curfew at 9pm you can't even watch TV without management calling demanding you turn it of.

Okay hotel

Expedia charge me 80 and hotel charge 60 how does that work..... I thought they find places cheaper than what the price is hotel was great comfy stay

Simple but clean

Rooms are clean but very militaristic. Quiet area. If you just need a cheap shower and bed - go for it.

Spartan

The room was like a dorm room. Very clean but spartan. No coffee maker or even utensils. I wish the elevator hadn't smelled like vomit.
