Fishermans Hideaway Vacations from $684

I had a wonderful stay at PGA National Resort. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for lounging, and the golf course views were stunning. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it’s a great spot for a weekend getaway, golf trip, or even just a relaxing staycation.

Access to the beach was incredible

Danai at front desk was on point and lively. Outside of her I would say the front staff was lacking with no exec presence. I had a late checkout if 1215 and someone came into our room and picked up everything for the next guest. I arrived at tethirty to rest with my daughter she soneone disbursed us during her nap to so why I was in the room. My snacks and other small items went missing. I was charged for adult lunches when I ordered from the kids menu…. And I was overcharged every mornig without my daughters choice if milk or fruit that comes along with breakfast with the exception of today. Marie took care of us. Brian was nice too. At the beach they chatted us for two adult meals again and they forgot to bring the fruit and brownie. I am not happy paying an arm and a leg for half the service.

I chose The Brazilian Court Hotel for a quiet night away from home because of its charm, reputation, and beautiful location and in many ways, it does deliver on that. The property is lovely and has classic Palm Beach character. I did receive a room upgrade, and staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s highlights. Unfortunately, the in-room experience was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The air conditioner did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room temperature never dropped below 73°F. I woke up around 3 a.m. uncomfortable and sweaty and had a restless night. Maintenance addressed the issue around 7 a.m., but by then the night was already lost. Additionally, there was no hot water for a morning shower. For a room costing approximately $900 per night, basic comfort such as climate control and hot water should be guaranteed. The hotel did offer a $200 discount, which I appreciate. However, the purpose of this stay was rest and relaxation, and unfortunately, that was not achieved. While the property has charm and a beautiful setting, this stay did not feel like a luxury experience or worth the price paid.
