Awesome Hotel

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice modern loft decor, good food for breakfast, close to cable cars and right along the bus line. Would definitely recommend. Cheers!

Great location

Pros: Great location. Great breakfast.
Cons: Rooms were noisy. Heard conversations in hallway and other rooms.
Location: Perfectly located and accessible to all attractions.
Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Street noise was loud and noise between rooms was load heard everything in the hall ways.

It is convenient to go everywhere. Overall, the hotel is good, except that the heater is noisy when we sleep.

Great location, great decor, friendly staff, and "urban fee" includes wifi and breakfast. Cant beat this price anywhere this close to the bay. Cant wait to stay here again

Nice hotel

I like the hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel is about 3 bloks from the main area, walking distance. The breakfast is good, but limited choices. The cereals are only Froot Loops, Cherios, and granola. Only scrambled egg, and potato. There are oatmeal and raisins, choices of breads, a lot of fruits. No waffle or pancake. The room is nice and clean, beds are very comfy, bathroom is clean, we got nice shower, bathtub and hot water.

Decent hotel in a great location

The hotel staff was friendly, and the manager went out of his way to create a great experience for us, which I certainly appreciate and am grateful for. The decor in our room was awesome (if you’re into modern, industrial design). I wish the room were a bit more clean; it wasn’t bad, but there were things I noticed, and although it’s a hotel room I don’t want to see signs of prior guests in my room. Mostly I was bummed by the disconnect between the website’s description of the room location and what we actually got. We had the interior courtyard view which felt kind of claustrophobic. The website description of the room states the room “looks out into the vibrant Fisherman’s Warf streetscape”, which was not the case. All in all, I would recommend to others, and I’d stay again because of its proximity to Fisherman’s Warf, the Embarcadero, restaurants, and Ghirardelli Square.

Great hotel, close to everything!

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was as good as you’ll get, with a lot of things to choose from. Enjoyed our stay!

Everyone on the staff was polite and very helpful! Loved the room and the hotel in general. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean hotel

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located to Fisherman wharf area. Rooms were modern and clean. The only drawbacks were the street noise was terrible, our room was very close to an intersection and heard a lot of screaming and sirens the first night. We noticed someone’s car window had been busted out on the corner across the street so we assumed that’s what the noise was about the first night. Anyways I had to use earplugs the rest of the stay due to noise but overall it was a great place to stay and I would return.
