Close to fishermens Wharf

Close to transportation of every kind. Nice clean rooms. Nice pool. Enjoyed meeting people at the fire pits.

Not worth the cost.

Pros: It was close to Fisherman' Wharf.
Cons: The rooms should be updated, more towels, staff needs more attention to detail.
Location: Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39
I travel a lot and I would say the cost of this basic room is three or four times the cost it should be simply because it is near the wharf. Unfortunately we had to get two rooms at the last minute and found this hotel. We waited 40 minutes to check-in, had keys that did not work, not enough towels, the room smelled. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

It was in a good location and I liked the gym. Room was a bit dated and halls smelled like cigarettes.

initially assigned a poorly located room; manager responded to concerns without hesitation by offering an alternate room that addressed concerns.

Old, smelly hotel - Staff were not helpful

Location: The only thing good about this hotel was the location which was close to Pier39.
Checked-in on Thursday night, ask for an Ok room. We were given room with windows facing bug parking. Immediatly went down and asked for another room and i was told there are no available rooms except one which faces a wall. The next day i asked for switch and i was told to check back in the afternoon. I checked and they agreed to give us a room the next day which i declined as out trip was almost over. The staff were not professional and i have a feeling they were no happy about us getting from a 3rd party company instead of them directly.

perfect location.

Just a couple blaocks from Pier 39, etc! Nice fire pits, nice snack bar, lounging areas, etc. The only negative was that the hall door to our room was warped. We stayed in the Marriott, just a couple blocks away for the first night. After paying $350 for a very similar room, they wanteed another $20 a day for WIFI. The nerve! The Sheraton saved us a hundred dollars a night and we had free WIFI.

Overpriced for what it is

Unhelpful to adjust booking extension & adjustment. Refused to let my wife in under my booking when I was coming a few days later. Charged her again for a prepaid booking

Nice hotel by fishermen's wharf

The location was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I found the rooms a little small as well as the bathroom. It would have been nicer to have queen beds instead of double. Overall it was a great stay

Quiet indoors, nice pool, and very clean.

We had some concerns after reading reviews, but we really liked it. Our room as clean, quiet anytime we were inside. Access to fishermans wharf could not have been easier. Great hotel experience.
