Great location. Terrible décor.

Cons: The décor and cold feeling to the hotel.
Location: Close by: Fishermans Wharf, Cruise ship termina. Most of the San Francisco main tourist attractions.l
This hotel is in a great central location for Fisherman's Wharf and other main San Francisco attractions. It is also just a few minutes away from the Princess cruise ship terminal. But oh the décor. Ghastly! Sort of a mixture of retro and modern gone wrong. Blue and white horizontal stripes painted on the walls, ugly rugs, resulting in a very cold and unwelcoming aura. Staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was pricey but passable. Probably won't stay there again. Could have done better. Sue British Columbia

Cons: Room size Cleanliness
Location: SF wharf
You have to pay $60 + for parking in addition to room and tax. Rooms are very small. Staff not userfriendly Not a very clean property

Great Location

In the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. Hotel was very close to many sight seeing areas and transportation pick up locations. Close to Pier 39, Ghirardelli Chocolate Marketplace at Ghirardelli Square, Alcatraz boat pick up... Pet friendly hotel. People from many cultures stay at this hotel, which makes it interesting.

Great location for a couple of dats around Fisherm

We were booked for 2 nights and I loved how everything I wanted to see and do were all within walking distance. However, I was shocked to find out that parking was $50+ a night when we checked in. The only other thing that bothered me was when I extended my stay a 3rd night, the housekeeping staff came knocking on our door twice in the evening, wanting to "clean our room"??? The 2nd time was even at 10pm. Aside from that, this is a pretty good hotel.

Very bad conditions, it is not a Sheraton, very old facilities, they do not have enough staff, expensive parking, DO NOT STAY THERE..

Nice hotel within walking distance of the Wharf

Pros: Close proximity to our destination.
Cons: Mattress was very hard
We we veryleased with this hotel's close proximity of Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. The concierbe's restaurant recommendation of Fog Harbor for dinner was a winner too. Room was clean and comfortable
