Close to Fisherman's Wharf

Pros: Close to Fisherman's Wharf
The hotel is about a block and a half away from Fisherman's Wharf, and within walking distance to Pier 39 and 33, where the boat to Alcatraz leaves from. The staff is great, personable and efficient. The room is good but the bathroom is very small. Our room overlooked the center of the hotel roof, which is where all the fans are for the AC, so whirring noise off and on day and night. For about $300 a night, I certainly expected more than we got. Make sure you check to see where your room is. The picture of the room I reserved showed a view. This certainly was not.

As mentioned on previous reviews disappointing that you have to pay to have Wi-Fi in your room . You can get free WiFi in the lobby .

Girls night

I thought it was a little expensive for the quality of Hotel. The quality was okay but it wasn't fabulous. I would stay there again in a pinch but maybe next time I'll try something a little less expensive.

Bed too soft

Pros: location, underground parking, clean, good service. Cons: beds way too soft, tiny room, tiny bathroom counter, very expensive.

It’s ok but we would choose something else next tm

Pros: Really nothing special
Cons: Reduced parking fee since if you don’t park in a garage you will get your window smashed, and no free WiFi? Come on it’s 2017
Location: Right near Fisherman’s Wharf so if you like beggars, peddlers, smash and grabs excite you then this is your place. Stay in uptown and Uber to Wharf
The Fisherman’s Wharf is over rated in our opinion and just a tourist trap with no concern for safety and crime. Whoever voted a law that says Propert Crime Do No Time was a fool and we saw car windows get smashed and belongings stolen because if this crazy law...only in California.

Close to pier

Pros: Proximity to wharf
Cons: Pretty much everything needs to be updated. Very cheap furnishings. Vending machines in hotel always out of order.
While the hotel location was great, the entire place was run down and cheap. I guess you pay the high prices to be close to the wharf, but the hotel wasn't worth it really.

No wifi in room

Location: good
I chose Sheraton because of its famous, but it is really disappointed me. There 's no wifi in room. We had to go to lobby to use wifi. Eben no star hotel, there provides wifi while Sheraton is 4 star hotel......

Great base for SanFran visit

Happy with hotel, most staff very accomodating. Waiter for breakfast each day was brilliant and his attention to providing happy friendly service is to be commended. We were very disappointed with check in process having arrived at 8.15am from long haul flight from Sydney. They kept our bags which was great but we did not get a room until 3pm that afternoon. I'd understand if no one had been checking in but from 12 noon till 3pm they were checking in everyone who arrived. Good location, close to wharf.

Great location boutique hotel

Boutique hotel in a good location. Good food and drink options. Good gluten free menu, although it would have been nice to have the option to have toast (GF bread) as a breakfast choice.
