“A lovely b and b run by a very interesting couple. Nothing was too much trouble. Supplied lots of info and history on the surrounding area. An amazing garden built on a 45 degree slope.”

“Room clean & had basic facilities available. No heating control available in room. Parking is available but spread out & difficult to find at times. Lots of steps to some rooms & around the grounds mean it’s difficult for people with mobility issues. The catering arrangements are ok with the Queens cafe food good but limited choice, seating feels like you are sitting in a corridor due to the open plan design. Breakfast buffet is ok but not very hot food & no tea available, with very limited……

“The staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable. I would add more attention to cleaning bathrooms as the bath was a little bit dirty. Also dishes at breakfast were dirty ( mugs, milk jar etc) . The breakfast was really good , nicely presented”
