Avoid this hotel and pick another one

Posted Jul 28, 2017
Pros: The lobby was nice and the continental breakfast was good.
Cons: The service and the rooms.
Location: This is a good location if you need to go to the airport.
I contacted the hotel online asking if they could arrange a shuttle to pick us up at the airport after-hours and their response was they could arrange a shuttle after-hours for a cost of 75 Euros. Definitely not a good sign. The shuttle service they offer to/from the hotel and airport ended at 10:30 PM at a cost of 8 Euros per passenger and we were scheduled to arrive before 11:00 PM. They requested that I confirm their offer, which of course I declined. When arriving late to the hotel, the concierge promptly assigned us a room, which we later found out was probably the worst room in the hotel. When entering our hotel room, we were greeted by a loud sounding air conditioner and an oddly shaped design where the ceiling was incline on one-side of the bed as if we were in an attic. To get into bed on that one side, you are forced to duck your head. If you are not careful, you can easily bump your head in the middle of the night if you have to get out. To make matters worst, the refrigerator in the room was not cold, the power completely went out while my wife was taking a shower, and the shower head fell off and slammed right into her nose. I had to run down to the lobby to report the loss of power and it turns out that the circuit breaker had to be reset for some reason. I was too tired to complain that night so I informed the concierge in the morning that we had a terrible stay. They did not care for my concerns and did nothing to compensate. Not even a simple apology.

Great place to crash for the night near FCO

Posted Jul 26, 2017
As the title says, we only stayed here for one night before our flight back to LA. It was the perfect place for that. However, it would also be a great place for a longer stay. Very modern rooms, nice restaurant and pool, and the grounds were pretty impressive. I also liked the smokers balcony… If I had to pick on one thing, it would be that the queen bed was two twins pushed together, and was a pretty solid mattress… Other than that, it fit the bill…

Nice airport hotel

The pool is awesome and the garden. The only thing that is not pleasant is the elevator. It's very tiny that its hard to haul luggages. The breakfast is good enough.

uncomfortable and unaccommodating

Posted Jul 2, 2017
This was really an uncomfortable stay. Don't let the nice lobby, pool, and restaurants deceive you. Our room smelled terribly of smoke. They wouldn't give us a different room because they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate this big party. We also had a broken shower head, hairs on our mattress, and a broken key-hole/air conditioner. The only positive thing was their pizza and pool. Oh, and they comped us a 6 euro bus ride to the airport for our troubles.

So Disappointed

Posted Jun 30, 2017
Pros: I think the experience will be great, if you can get the shuttle during the hours that they run.
Cons: I think the hotel should write down that they do not provide shuttle service outside of the hours on the schedule for people to be aware.
Location: Close to the airport
I have contacted the hotel twice before getting to the airport about the fact that I will be arriving outside of the shuttle hours. The website and the document with the shuttle hours says that you need to call if you need overtime service. When I called them at the airport, the receptionist told me that they have no service and that I need to take the taxi. The taxi costed me 25 Euros for a 6 minute ride.

Dear Guest, We have taken good notice of your comment. It's right that there is write that you need to call if you need an overtime service, otherwise as all over the world, if you called us last minute without letting us know before, of course we cannot guarante the service extra times, mostly in the night. Hoping to welcome you again soon. Best Regards

Clean and close to airport

Posted Jun 25, 2017
Pros: The breakfast has a lot of variety and is very nice, both hot and cold. Lovely pool and comfortable quiet rooms
Cons: The A/C would not go lower than 24C
This is a nice, clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and as helpful as they can be. There was a language barrier, our A/C would not go lower than 24 C and when I contacted the front desk and asked for a fan, they sent a blow dryer. I called three times as the room was getting warmer and nothing was done to remedy the heat

Amazing staff

Posted Jun 24, 2017
Stayed at this hotel during an overnight layover in Fiumicino. Check in, pool, pool side bar and restaurant staff was very polite and helpful as well as the cleaning personnel who went out of their way to help me with my bags and my toddler daughter while trying to access my room. Room was spacious, bathroom clean and modern. Restaurant food was delicious. I highly suggest this hotel if you want to stay close to the airport.

Mediocre Hotel near Airport

Posted Jun 18, 2017
Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Rooms are depressing and could use an upgrade.
Location: About 5miles from airport, nothing to do nearby
Smooth checkin, although mediocre hotel, tiny twin beds in room - kind of depressing, although I was here because I needed to be near the airport- the shuttle from airport to hotel gets limited after 8pm - so when I arrived after 8PM by car, I thought I would return the car at the airport and take a shuttle back to the hotel, but i missed the shuttle. I ended up keeping my car and driving myself to the airport in the early morning. I was able to get a light dinner in the outdoor restaurant as there seemed to be no options within walking distance.
