We were not here for long, but the staff was awesome and helpful. Not much open in the way of restaurants at the end of October though. Visit during the busy season and you'll love it!
This was my second stay here. I chose it because it is reasonably priced and only 10m minutes away from the terminals at the airport. They offer free parking as well as shuttle service to an from the hotel. Rooms are small but the main reason for staying is the convenience.
We arrive at night time. The car entrance to hotel is not clearly states. We have to stop the car and go inside the hotel to get instructions to get into the parking.
We've stayed at the Tiber 3 different times over the years. It's modern, clean and efficient, and makes getting to/from the airport easy and quick with their shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good linens & towels. Plenty of choice at their breakfast buffet, and their restaurant ...
This was a great place, close to the airport, great view of the sea, only locals, no tourists. The room was nice, but the Ikea furniture was falling apart. FYI, eat or get a table before 4 pm otherwise the places all close and you'll be stuck with out a place to eat. Might be different in the ...
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean, friendly staff, spoke English well, and price point was right (don't expect a 5 star hotel). I reserved my stay at Hotel Del Mar on a Saturday night after being turned away from a number of large chain hotels and found my stay quite pleasant. The ...
The room I had was very hot and the air conditioner barely kept up. I visited in October and daytime temperatures were in mid 20's so I would think it may be less comfortable in the hotter summer months. Apart from this everything else about the hotel was good!
This hotel was excellent. The only drawback was that it did not have an elevator and we had quite a few suitcases. The Manager was lovely and helped bring all the suitcases up the stairs.
We stayed in Hotel La Villetta for the evening prior to our return flight tot the States. Arrived at the 4 pm check-in time only to find another waiting guest and a locked entrance. The receptionist did not arrive until 5pm. On the positive side, the housekeeper was extremely gracious, and welcoming. ...
Great spacious rooms and wonderful breakfast. Accommodated all 5 of us in two rooms. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. The food in the morning had a nice variety of European and American food. Thank you! We will come again the next time we are in Rome. I have nothing more to type.
Unfortunately I was too sick to enjoy the last night before leaving Italy. However the location is excellent....taxi drivers can be robbers...38 euro to get there from train station, and different taxi driver charged us 15 euro to get to the airport. The B & B very well located and plenty of choice ...
Stayed for one night, when we arrived at 1 in the morning the male receptionist was very kind and helped with taking our luggage out from the taxi, I was with my 3 children tired from a 14 hr. flight he was nice enough to give me the key and have my bf check us in. Which was much more convenient. ...
We were only there for one night prior to our flight home. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us a recommendation for a great restaurant. Hotel was spotless and bright.
Ironically the nicest hotel I stayed at on my trip to Italy was here. Modern room facilities, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. There's an hourly shuttle that runs to and from the airport for 6 euros each way. The bed I had actually had a foam mattress ...
Close to airport. Rooms are clean but functional. Communal areas are warm and welcoming. Restaurant food is good and breakfast is the hotel's real winner. They even manage to bake a gluten free cake for the coeliacs.
