Our flight was delayed at it was suggested we stay at Fiumicino. Hotel is located about 25kn from airport. Cost us 100 euros in transfers. The room was clean and comfortable however there was no where close by for dinner.

Dear Customer, First, I am sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. I am very sorry to read negative comments towards our hotel.
However, I would like with the 'opportunity to clarify some points for the benefit of all the other guests who read us: we are, as you have correctly written, 25 km from the airport of Fiumicino, therefore, without their cars, the cost of the transfer is 40,00 euro each way, but despite this extra cost, we are always cost more than any 3-star hotel in Fiumicino, this is the reason that made you choose us
2) As for dinner, there is a trattoria by Carlo in front of the hotel and restaurant Accounts, but that night for a sfortuito case were both closed the only option was the Mc Donalds which is always open.
At the Hotel C, we always try to do my best, customer satisfaction is our daily mission, and despite all the efforts of our staff, I regret very realize that although it is a little misunderstanding you keen to penalize us and mortify ourselves unjustifiably.
