“When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

“I stayed here whilst there was a 20 hour layover. This place was adorable and I wish I could've stayed longer! The decorations were adorable and the cleanliness and neatness of everything were excellent. The host was amazing and very accommodating! 10/10 recommend.”

It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed……

THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”

“Great guest house/rooms in the heart of picturesque Tring. The room was reasonably spacious with an ensuite, lovely and clean, also with a shared kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee, and all the things you would need to self cater. Reserved parking behind the property a bonus. Contact from host clear and timely, including warning of road closures etc. on the day we visited. Would recommend. ”
