Stayed here one night in February. Room was very basic, but clean and functional. Would have liked for the heater unit to have a thermostat so a temperature could be set - I found it somewhat challenging to keep a constant temperature. Wifi worked well. No frills, so not likely a place where you want to spend a lot of time in your room, but if you just need a clean place to stay when passing through Flagstaff, it works well.

This place is very well kept. I stay here from time to time if I need a place to stay for work. Now this place has some things going for it if your looking for other things in a hotel.
If you're traveling with friends and looking for some nightlife fun, there is a great country bar right next door and also a bowling alley which is great for families as well. And it's only a a minute or two walk from the hotel.
The pool is usually drained so if you have kids, so like I said, the bowling alley would probably be best if you want some family fun
They offer a continental breakfast which is average to other free breakfasts, but the thing that makes this place great is that there is a great restaurant built into the hotel. The breakfast plates are good portions and priced very well.
So if your looking for a reasonable place with things to do in walking distance, then try this place.

Having stayed in many different hotels, from upscale to lower end motels, this one is fairly priced and comfortable. I stayed here twice so far because it's located close to all the bars and restaurants. Just 5 minutes walking distance and you are kind in the heart of Flagstaff. So far, the rooms were always clean, heating and cooling worked properly and the hotel staff is nice and friendly. Would recommend if you are on a lower budget and need to be close to the nightlife in Flagstaff.
