Comfort Inn is Comfortable!

Pros: I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the free breakfast was a hot meal. I liked the staff.
Cons: Clean the pool, it looked a little murky.
Location: The location was perfect for me. Flagstaff is small so everything is nearby. Claim Jumper and Cracker Barrel are on the same street.
The Comfort Inn was fine. It is exactly what it's name states, it is comfortable. It is nothing spectacular. It's fine. The staff were professional and courteous. The facility was okay. The pool by no means looked enticing or inviting, so I stayed clear. the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it. If you are looking for a nothing fancy hotel this is perfect.

Good staff, but big bites

So the room seemed nice enough but when I left I noticed 6 large bug bites that I think I got either in the room or down stairs in the lobby while sitting on the grey couch (killed a bug on my arm, small looked like a baby cockroach but also maybe a bed bug, I didn't let it stick around long enough to tell, scared the living daylights out of me) the room looked nice, breakfast was subpar, but edible and the staff was alright. The pool and hot tub are a terrible green color and they smell moldy almost, the towels in the pool area were not filled the entire 2 day stay. I'm not pleased, but when I tried to tell a staff member I couldn't find one.

Bad. Coughing and unprofessional girl put me in a room that either hadn't been cleaned or someone was staying in. It was 1 am and I was really freaked out. The nice boy upgraded me, but the suite was dirty and I heard banging on the wall all night.

A good place to spend the night while on the road.

We traveled with our puppy and were glad to have the extra room on the ground floor for her. Although we did not know about the extra charge for the dog until check in.

We have pet charges in checking in paper work we don't mind pet but it is next guest we have to make sure because we get guest who are allergic to pet Sorry for inconvenience.

All was good, stuff was helpful when my plans had changed. They got pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna.

Great last minute overnight stop while heading wes

We were traveling West and called Hotels.com to book a room in Flagstaff when we decided we needed to stop. It was a little difficult to find, but once we did everything was great. And the Front Desk clerk was very helpful in suggesting a locally owned restaurant that was very good.

The hotel is old and had a strong musty smell in my room. The air conditioner worked great, which is a necessity in my book! There was also a mini fridge, another necessity. I had to constantly ask for more towels because the housekeepers never left enough for my family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was the same every morning, so not a big variety there, but for being a free breakfast it was fine. The location was a little hard to find at first, but after I got familiar with the area it was easy enough. It's right off the interstate but I didn't hear the traffic at all even though my window faced the road. The biggest drawback was the price! Definitely not worth the price I paid! Flagstaff is so overpriced!

Great, but...

Nice room, clean lodging, close to major streets. Train ran close by but not so close to disturb sleep. Housekeeping persistent but then failed to clean room. Overall, would recommend to friends and relatives.

From arrival to departure, it was really good. I stayed for two nights and check in was easy as it should be. Location was good, just off the main highway, and a few blocks from a Walmart and Starbucks. The two highlights were the condition of the room, which was exceptional, clean tidy and well maintained. I work in the building services and maintenance field, and I was very happy with room. You could see they cared. The other highlight was the morning breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and quality of food. Coffee, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal et....there is something for everyone, and it is included in your stay. Overall, I feel very strongly that I received great value for my money.
