Family vacation

Cons: Would like to see an area to gather and eat food brought in from the outside.

Very modern rooms and bathrooms.

Cons: A brighter desk lamp or lighting over the desk.
clean, quiet and really nice hotel. The junior suite I was in was as nice as any I've ever experienced at any price.

Very clean, friendly staff and overall a nice place to stay. Restaurants are nice. They don't have any kind of quick breakfast though. A basic breakfast costs 2 people $20.

Very disappointed

We were running late to stay the first night so I called the hotel in the morning and they were fine with that. And they said that our other two nights were still ours. I also called back in the evening to confirm.This is where everything went wrong! We arrive at the hotel and they couldn't find our reservation and our other two nights were gone. I showed them a screen shot of the confirmation number and were told that we went thru Expedia and had to get in touch with them to get my money back. Very disappointed. I will never book with Hilton again. I was told that if you do a person right they will tell 10 people , do them wrong and they'll tell hundreds.

Very nice hotel an excellent service. Did not find the bed very comfortable and there was terrible water hammer while showering. Other than that the hotel was very nice. I would stay again

Out of 3 rooms we reserved, one was double booked. The hotel staff was very nice and apologized for the mishap and found us another room. Overall, everything else was good.

BODY FLUIDS

UPON CHECK IN OUR RESERVATION WAS NOT CORRECT. I RESERVED 2 ROOMS, PAYING FOR BOTH. I PUT MY NAME ON ROOM 1 AND MY GUESTS NAME ON ROOM 2. UPON CHECK IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE 2ND ROOM FOR MY GUEST. THEY MADE THAT RIGHT....BUT 2 HOURS LATER THEY CALLED AND ASKED IF I WAS GOING TO CHECK IN, I TOLD THEM I ALREADY HAD...UPON GETTING IN OUR ROOM THE BED APPEARED TO HAVE BODILY FLUIDS IN BETWEEN THE SHEETS, THE PILLOWS SMELLED LIKE BODY ODOR AND THE COMFORTOR HAD BLOOD ON IT, ALL THEY WOULD SAY WAS, "IM SORRY, HAVE YOU HAD BREAKFAST?" THEN WHEN I CALLED ON MONDAY ALL THEY OFFERED US WAS $50.00 OFF OF A $300.00 ROOM, I HAVE HAD TO CALL MANY TIMES TO TRY AND RECEIVE SATISFACTION.

Nice clean room, but A/C unit was loud

Staff were super friendly and efficient! And they offered cookies to welcome us - nice touch. Elevator inside could use some refinishing/update. Room was nice and clean! Towels were longer than a typical small hotel towel which was really nice. Only downfall was the A/C was so loud every time it came on that it woke us up. Our view from room was of a rooftop, but we were just there to sleep/shower. Overall we appreciated the clean room, nice staff and lobby area, but the loud A/C clicking on did not help us get a good night's sleep : /
