Nice location to stay in Flagstaff, AZ

Posted Aug 11, 2017
Pros: The location was great. It was near many local restaurants and attractions in Arizona. There was also a Walmart right across the street.
Cons: The air conditioning smelled a little funky when I first turned it on and the WiFi was not working for the first two to three days I was there.
Location: It is near several national monuments, the Grand Canyon, the town of Sedona. There are tasty local restaurants (Pato Thai, Pizzicleta, Diablo Burger).
I had a pleasant stay at the Green Tree Inn, since it was close to many of the places I wanted to visit in northern Arizona. Room was clean. There was body wash and shampoo in the shower, a microwave and a refrigerator. The continental breakfast was near the lobby and served every morning starting at 6 AM too. The only things that bothered me were: 1) the WiFi, which did not work for the first few days and 2) there was also one night (Tuesday, 08/01/17) at around 1 AM in the morning when it was difficult to sleep because someone or something was working outside while it was raining. Glad I brought a book though! After reading for an hour, I fell back to sleep.

Great feedback and review Bryan. We really appreciate the time and positive feedback as well on what we can do better. Yes our WI-FI was acting up due to the local Monsoon season and weather. it has affected all local businesses from Camp Verde to Flagstaff for the last few weeks now. Our new room remodel continues and we ask that you come back and see us again - safe travels!

1 night trip stop

A bit shabby. Clean, but tired looking. Shower door would not stay closed. Room not ready when supposed to be and the hotel wasn't busy.

Thank you Kathryn for your time and feedback, We have noted your comments and suggestions and will continue work hard on improving. Yes we do get busy during the summer and honoring 1st floor rooms for everyone is a challenge. There were plenty of rooms upon your arrival but the floor requests is an option and we needed to wait a little while to accommodate you. Have a great day.

Next to Highway

Posted Jul 16, 2017
Pros: The cleanliness of the room and the updated bathroom.
Cons: Do not use plastic pumps for shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion. Also, update the wifi service, it was horrible!!
Location: There are restaurants nearby along with a Walmart.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nicely updated but they incorporate plastic pump containers for shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash. My concern is how sanitary this might be. I'm not sure how many people touched and used these pumps before me. Also, it is located right next to the highway and I could hear large trucks driving by all night and I experienced the worst wifi ever.

Thanks Mary for taking the time and letting us know how we are doing. We have noted your concerns and will continue to work hard to improve. The internet is normally one of our biggest strengths and the bad weather did effect the suddenlink servers during your stay and it was abnormal. In the future we do have 2 hard wire network computers at the front for any use needed when the systems require resetting or attention. We will continue to work hard on improvements. Thank you.
