The breakfast doesn't have variety, the shower broke and the outside very duty and cluttered.

Horrible experience. Rooms were having bad smell.

Posted Oct 28, 2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Outside and inside infrastructure
I had a pathetic experience @ Ramada Flagstaff East hotel last weekend. I had booked two rooms via Expedia and when I went hotel for check in, me and my wife thought to check rooms once before check in as the facility was not looking very good from outside. The receptionist showed us two rooms initially however; when we entered into the room it was smelling badly. The room quality overall was ok. We asked the receptionist to show us other available rooms however; even after looking 7-8 rooms we found bad smell in almost all the rooms (in few rooms it was smelling like potty) and as we were having 2 months baby with us we didn’t took any risk and didn’t checked in. When I asked about refunds she gave me some level of trust mentioning “will talk to my manager and will try to refund the money back to your account”. And then I left to check in to some other hotel as my 2 months daughter was crying. Post that I tried to follow up with the hotel property multiple times asking for refunds also asked them to at least connect me with their manager however; no one is responding positively. They always say we have dropped a note to our manager and he will reach out to you but no response since last 5 days. Will not recommend this property at all.

Only if absolutely needed

Posted Oct 20, 2017
At check in the guy behind the desk seemed bored, not welcoming at all, and failed to let me know there was a breakfast available in the mornings. We happened to notice the breakfast setup when we were on our way to the room. The room had everything advertised, but the bathroom area was not very clean. Spots of mold were along the tub area, and with the lighting you could see the staff didn't wipe down the tub walls carefully. Almost behind the toilet was a strange red stain in the grout. This was our first time staying at this hotel. The places we usually stay were booked solid. We would only stay here again in a similar situation.

loud AC good location

Posted Oct 18, 2017
Pros: Good location, free parking ,wifi and breakfast
Cons: Room cleanness and maybe upgrade the AC
Location: gas station around the corner, but watch out for the RV, they are blocking the way. There are fast food restaurant, bar across the street
Near I40, gas station just around the corner the room is old and I hate AC in the room, it is very low and you can only set heat or cold. The tub is small and dirty I did not use it. For big town like Flagstaff the price for a two star is not cheap. But breakfast is included and ok.

it was okay for one time, last minute hotel

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Pros: the breakfast, waffles were delicious!
Cons: The room, furniture, ceiling.
Location: Hiking, Grand Canyon,
The hotel ceiling looked like it has had water damage, The bathroom and room itself were clean. The breakfast was pretty great! the furniture in the room needed to be repaired and there was only one outlet. one of the connectors in the outlets would not hold my charger..

Good time in Flagstaff

Posted Oct 15, 2017
Location: Had a great time at Lowell Observatory and the Grand Canyon was fantastic.
The desk clerk went out of her way to be very helpful. She suggested places for children to eat, gave good directions, and helped with special accommodations. The room was quiet and clean (and warm on a very cold night). Breakfast was very good. A very pleasant experience.

Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Could definitely have been cleaner. Looks like housekeeping routinely skips corners. Even the coffee pot was dirty.
