All about you pay

The price will show you the room. We pay low price. If you want to have good sound insulation, good facilities, you have to choose a higher price hotel. They do not even have a hair dryer to use.

DO NOT GIVE UR MONEY TO THESE PPL!! SCAM! SAW PICS INLINE,BOOKED DRIVING OVER. MINUTES LATER SAW HOW NASTY PLACE WAS AND WAS NOT AS PRESENTED IN PICTURES!!!*DON'T BE FOOLED!** He tells me there are EXTRA CHARGES! its in my nature to Not be rude so I was polite about it but told him i had changed my mind and asked NOT to continue the booking ...he laughed!!!! "No refund after 6pm"!?! Not even expedia could help cause they just "didn't care" ! Ima single mom & just lost my jobs due to illness. I had ventured out to come see one of my sons. They took my money and didn't care. Had to find a place ti stay and money. I had Left completely defeated. DO NOT GIVE THESE RUDE PPL UR MONEY FOR A FILTHY NIGHTS STAY!!!!

Location is perfect. Rooms are small and a bit depressing. Location to walk around downtown is amazing. Some small issues with staff regarding membership points. Parking gets difficult later in evening.

Worst hotel experience

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The wifi does not work - they say there are two networks available, but the password only works for one of them. The speed is between 1-2Mbps download speeds and cuts out regularly so that it's hard to use your computer at all. There was no warm water in my room. I tried for 45m to wait for it to warm up but ended up taking a freezing cold shower. Additionally, the shower handrail was not screwed in all the way. So a screw was sticking out of the wall and the metal bar was loose - quite a hazard. The staff at the front desk were fairly abrasive when I asked why they were charging me additional fees upon check-in - I hadn't read the Expedia fine print so wasn't expecting it, but I wish they had been more polite about it. Definitely will not be staying here again when I return.

Deceiving

Not what we expected at all. Workers were rude and unhelpful. Very uncomfortable stay.

Comfortable, Convenient, Affordable in Flagstaff

This place was comfortable, convenient, and affordable. That's all that mattered to me when I checked in late after a long drive through the desert. I would stay here again if I ever needed to stop in Flagstaff again en route to somewhere else.

Overall a really bad experience as far as hotels go. Room is extremely small and the whole property is run down. Hotel service desk refused to give me more than two keys siting "security concerns". Before I even arrived to check in I had a threatening voicemail saying my reservation would be cancelled because apparently they could not run my debit card (the card processed just fine when I arrived). I chose this place because of the close proximity to downtown Flagstaff. Next time I'll choose a better place and take an Uber.

Downtown Hotel, but good for one night

Don't get me wrong. If you need a quick sleeping place along your journey, this one is not the worst. If how ever you are looking for space, comfort, cleaner atmosphere and room. And internet that works at night.. well this probably isn't the place you want to stay at for the night. Be warned the pictures make the room look nice, but it is quite small (foot between the door and the bed) unlike what the pictures show.
