“We are very disappointed that we had a extremely bad stay in this hotel as the air conditioning didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work, the worst part is the room is extremely stinky, it’s so bad my friend even had an asthma attack. When they moved us to a different room the next day, the toilet didn’t work. The hotel is not the condition as it is advertised at all! ”

“Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber. Außerdem war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt. Dennoch gibt es Pluspunkte für das sehr freundliche Personal, dass unser Gepäck sowohl vor als auch nach dem Check-In bzw. Check-Out aufbewahrt hat und bei einer Störung unserer Klimaanlage innerhalb weniger Minuten eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden hat. Zudem erhält mein kostenlos Zugang zum circa 200 Meter entfernten Fitness Studio, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Leider war die……

“The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold.”

“I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Rio. The first room we were given was nothing like the photos online and was in really poor condition. It was dirty, had a strong moldy smell, and it genuinely felt like we were put in one of the worst rooms they had available. It was such a frustrating way to start our trip. To their credit, they did move us to another room after we complained, and I appreciate that they made the change. But it’s still hard to get past the feeling……

“房間不大，但整體舒適，有附上兩雙拖鞋。價位偏高，附近不是很容易到達也並非很安全，因臨近貧民窟。但飯店很獨立，有自己的花園，泳池。內部附設的餐廳和酒吧都有一定水準。”
