The bed was a bit hard, and the bathroom was a bit smaller - made to seem smaller by a very large wash handbasin.

Clean and tidy hotel
The hotel is very central to the shopping area. It is welcoming and clean, they have left luggage service. Breakfast is buffet.

The hotel was in nice location. It was easy to travel on foot to eateries and town square. I like European hotels because they are all you need when you travel. I am short so the bed and shower was fine, but probably alot of other Americans would have trouble with the size.

The first room we got smelled like cigarettes :s but we requested a changed and without any trouble we got a clean room. Friendly staff on the reception and during breakfast! ❤️ Perfect location!

Location is right in town, everything was clean. A little more room for breakfast would be better but on the whole, very much enjoyed my stay.

Location is perfect, staff is very good, prices are well adjusted, cleanliness is very good, too. I didn't like the lack of a tee pot or any amenities to help you prepare yourself a coffee in the room. Also they badly need better TV sets and cable service as it is too basic. And finally please use carpets in the rooms as you can hear THE WHOLE NIGHT what the neighbors above you are doing.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to the historic centre of Leuven, easy to find, on a bus route and only about 15-20 mins stroll from Leuven Station. The staff and welcome was very warm and efficient. My room, while very clean and presentable, was very small with a tiny shower. here was some noise audible (but not excessive) from the adjacent lift and from the room next door.

Perfect location, price, comfort and quality
This is a perfect little hotel. A refurbished Ibis in a central location with the benefit of parking. The staff are an incredible asset to this hotel, nothing was an inconvenience or a problem. It may be a budget hotel but it is 4* in cleanliness, comfort and quality.

Great central location, although on street parking is expensive. We liked the hotel and friendly service, but have one or two suggestions: net curtains, on a narrow street with another house looking straight in, might be a good idea. The mattress was thinner, of a poorer quality than in other Ibis hotels. Perhaps it's time to renew them!

Budget place at the heart of Leuven
Typical ibis: basic accommodation, but affordable pricing. Good wifi (!). No restaurant aboard, buffet breakfast (basic), coffee had some synthetic taste. Great location: close vicinity of the city centre.

Centrally located 2-3 stars hotel in Leuven
We chose to stay at Ibis Centrum because of its location, and it was perfect indeed: only a couple of meters away from the city's main plaza! As for the hotel itself: it was OK for a 2-3 stars hotel. The room we had was small, but it was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also very tiny, but had all the things we needed. It would be good though to change the shower doors so that the bathroom's floor won't get all wet after every shower. Like in most Ibis hotels, the walls are very thin, so we heard everything! For our first night it was OK, because there weren't many people staying at the hotel, and the couple next door went to sleep around 11pm. But for our second night (Saturday to Sunday), there was a group of younger people (in their 20s) who obviously smoked weeds from their windows, wandered from one room to the other and slammed their doors many times at 1am. But Leuven is a university city after all, so we didn't complain (we were also students once... :D) The other reason why we chose this hotel was because it has a parking located just next door. It wasn't easy to get into this underground parking (very narrow!), but considering the scarce and expensive parkings in Leuven, we were glad that the hotel had a parking at all! And for only 14€/day it was definitely worth it. The hotel also offers breakfast in buffet style, but for 15€/person it's a bit expensive. So we had breakfast elsewhere.

Basic city centre hotel. Good value for money.
Excellent location for visiting the sights of the old town. Lovely, comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The room and bathroom were rather cramped, and could do with a freshen up, but the accommodation overall was adequate as we just needed somewhere to sleep. The staff were friendly, cheerful and charming and nothing was too much trouble.

Very comfortable stay and excellent desk staff available at all hours. Clean room and linens, though a bit noisy as it faced the street. I didn't have breakfast, but heard excellent reports from other guests.

Excellent location as it is in the centre of the town. It's on a busy street, which I don't mind, but the delivery trucks arriving an unpacking at the supermarket next door from 6am might annoy some people. Condition was "very tired" for an Ibis - and I've stayed in many. Needs a bit of an facelift, but staff were good and was great value for money.

Wonderful stay!
Stayed four nights. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, not too far from the train station. Small, but comfortable room. Loved the bed. Slept great! The Belgian waffle I had was a work of art. Would stay again for sure.
