We hardly closed the bathroom door. There was only one available electrical outlet and it was away from the bed.

Staff is friendly and speak English. Room is very clean. Bathroom is not the best designed, even amongst ibis.

This hotel is a basic business hotel on the outskirts of Leuven, convenient to major highways, and about 30 minutes from Brussels airport. Nothing fancy, by clean, with pleasant staff and a decent breakfast. An hour's walk into the center of Leuven, about half an hour to imec along a nice pedestrian route. Very affordable.

Quiet overnight Leuvan
Very quiet even though close to main road . Good selection of beer available and next to Starbucks. Pity the wi-fi did not work. Would stay again.

Curtains difficult to close completely. No toilet brush. Breakfast only to-go because of Clovis. But otherwise clean. Comfortable. No issues. So not too bad

Good hotel, small room, clean, mattress is OK, no fridge/coffee maker/safe in the room, no place to hang wet towels in the bathroom, hard to take shower without having a puddle on the bathroom floor, smallest TV in the world with extreme soap opera effect, no outlets near the bed, overly obsessive energy saving in all the electrical amenities.

The hotel was fine and I was glad to have had air conditioning. I was bitterly disappointed at the lack of restaurant around. Only Starbucks and Burger King are on site, alongside a shop.

Easy access and close to Leuven
Ample parking space (free), the staff was very friendly (both the hotel as well as the restaurant), breakfast is extra but it is excellent and value for money. The room was a bit smelly when we arrived but we left the door open for a while and that seemed to have helped.

Excellent, simple, fast, services. Very quiet place!! Big parking area as unusual in the area. Definitely come back each time I need. The Restaurant close to Hotel despite is a highway services have a variety of salads, soaps and main plates, some topical from Belgium. Delicious , clean and good services.

Recommend Accommodation but avoid restaurant
Very convenient location for overnight stay from Germany to Calais Ferry good service free parking and comfortable room plus good wifi connection Only disappointment felt breakfast was poor value at €15 Would probably give it a miss if stayed again
