Not fancy, but reliable

Pros: The staff were the best.
Cons: Aging equipment and needs a remodel.
I landed at this hotel because my wife was in a nearby hospital. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were cleaned carefully, the breakfast was decent, and it met my needs.

Clean rooms, even upgraded me for the stay. They offered a shuttle from the airport which was also convenient since I was only in town for one night.

Pros: i thought all Hoiday Inns were the same, but was dissapointed
did not provide roll a way bed rickety furniture. i thought that i was reserving a suite, but when i got to the hotel, they told me it was not what i had.

Room was below expectation

Pros: Front office staff - very friendly, courteous & professional
Cons: Refurbish room furniture & bath room
Location: Sloan Museum, Longway Planetarium, Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad
Front office hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in checking us in on time. They were very courteous & professional and offered complimentary water during our stay Although the bedroom was comfortable, it was quite old and not clean. The washroom had stains in the hand wash bowl and the bath tub. Some of the metal items in bathroom was rusty. The furniture in the room were also dated & not contemporary

In town for one night for a rock concert

It wasn't a bad place. The coffee pot in the room didn't work, the toilet struggled some, but the bed were decent and the pillows were awesome. Safe stay for a decent price.

Will go somewhere else next time

Pros: not much
Cons: a lot
Couldn't get more than 2 towels even though there were four of us in the room. (I was travelling with my wife and two young children.) Hotel needed some work - on their staff and their building! We won't stay here again.

Sketchy area

The staff were quite friendly. The room was totally adequate. The location was sketchy. There appeared to be a lot of abandoned buildings in the area which suggested a depressed area.
