Not good enough for the Holiday Inn name.

No refrigerator. No Microwave. No curtains on the window that closed. The gym was full of unsupervised children until well after midnight. The pool, three floors below our window, was loud and obnoxious and full of unsupervised children. No breakfast for $150 room (we were told there was no breakfast for our rate). Front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional. We called for the shuttle, after 45 we called again, the desk clerk forgot. Even then, still took 15 minutes to arrive. We were less than one mile away and would have walked if it were not raining hard. First time we had a bad stay with this chain. What was disappointing the most was the lack of sleep from the bright room without curtains. When I asked if they could turn out the light right outside our room, I was told that no one else has ever had an issue with this problem before. I was proud I did not blow a gasket.
