The property itself is nice.But the room never been clean lots of molds in the bathroom counter.They need to clean the bathroom really good.This is looks disgusting.

We absolutely loved our experience at Rocky Gap Casino! The bar had the best angus burgers, the casino has winning slots. Above all the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful especially upon checkin with Raven.

Staff was mediocre. Personal product's to use,, shampoo, conditioner,etc. Low class products. Definitely bring you own, even if for one night stay. Would rather pay the $60; stay in lavele md up the road

This was a great place for a day trip love the casino and the restaurants are get the trails by the water is amazing . I will be returning for a longer trip.

My fiance rented a room for us for my 30th birthday and thought the overall experience was going to be way different! Especially the food, it was very terrible to say the least! Prices are way to high! The rooms are outdated with no microwave & a mini fridge that doesn't work much at all. But we did get to enjoy the vibe & of course the view, the outdoor fire pits (very nice) and also the casino for being our first time going to a casino! We would give it a 2.5-3 out of 5 star ratings!

Very nice resort , staff is excellent and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable , but would not recommend the steakhouse, food was below average compared to the price they charge , we ordered steak and lobster , it felt that someone just slapped it in the plate , no presentation, no sauce , no seasoning , Mac and cheese hardly had any cheese in it , sat night so many tables empty but people were waiting outside including us for a table although we had reservations , we ultimately got tired and sat at the bar , there is another bar and grill in the same floor which is way better

The only issue was the bar service in the evening hours was less than desirable (long waits) to get drinks. There should have been 2 bartenders at each bar at all times in peak hours. Also one of the bartenders/staff was rud, short and curt when she answered questions we had. Inquired about snacks and was given a rude response as if we were stupid and bothering her. At a resort there is a level of customer service that should be maintained at all times and if you can't provide that then maybe they shouldn't be in a customer facing role.

We loved the whole mountain side, lakeview with a small beach area… we will come back in the summer. I wasn’t particularly impressed with lakeside grills food, but we enjoyed Signatures!

I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The floor obviously was not swept the desk was not wiped off it still had food on it from the previous guest.

I don't ever leave reviews, but this was an interesting experience. My husband and I were looking forward to our weekend getaway but had to leave the "resort" the same night. Our room was infested with ladybugs (lamp, behind the TV, around the convector, on the bed, and ceiling above the bed). One of the pillows in the room had a weird stain in it which was odd. When asked to switch rooms, they were all booked and we were told they can have someone go and vacuum it. Y'all should've checked the room/clean it before having guest in there. Never again!!
