Great location and fabulous customer service.Posted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: location, size and friendliness
I can not thank the staff at the Alloro enough for their friendliness and assistance they gave me with my individual interests and needs on seeing their fabulous city. I was contacted prior to my arrive with ideas to enhance my state. Museums and tours were encluded. This helped tremendously in my scheduling and planning of my day. The hotel reviews had been excellent which was why I picked this hotel. They did not disappoint and instead exceeded my expectation. I can't say enough about the service I received. Thank you again!

One of the most comfortable HotelsPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
It is one of the most comfortable Hotels I even stayed. Their breakfast was rich and nature. Their location is located squarely in the downtown Florence, not too far away from the train station. The room was tidy and clean while it also well equipped with some of the antique wooden furnitures in their hotel room. If we visit Florence again, definitely we will stay there, again!

A nice retreatPosted May 19, 2015 on Hotels
I was travel worn when I arrived and the Alloro was a wonderful retreat! The room was tiny but enough. I liked how I felt I was so far away but yet right in the middle of the city.

I love florencePosted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: The rooms were roomy as we had triples. And the decor was vintage Italy but updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Perfect breakfast
Location: Great location near train station so we could walk rather than take a taxi. And also a few blocks from the Duomo so near shops and restaurants.
We loved staying at Alloro! We had 6 people and 2 rooms which were so quaint that my 14 yr old son said it was the most amazing part of our trip to Italy. The room was clean and made us feel like we were in a movie with windows opening up overlooking the street. There sometimes was some street noise but we didn't care. The breakfast was perfect every morning and the location was perfect for us, right near the Duomo and train station. We will be back for sure!

Hotel was okay but staff were quite unfriendly. I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again.

Recommend!Posted Sep 19, 2014 on Hotels
This is a nice and cute B&B in Florence within the walking distance to anywhere! We loved this B&B hotel. Room decoration will take you back to the old Florence town wit fresco painting on the walls. Shower is a bit small but everything is nice for the budget B&B in Florence.

The location was perfect for walking around each day..nice large room with good breakfast. Christian was very helpful with getting opera tickets for us. Negative...noisy back alley around 1 pm.
