Pros: the room size and location
Cons: attitude of desk staff in the afternoon.
I was unhappy to be told it was up to me to empty the dehumidifer water container!! When I did empty it I found it was full of mold - NOT healthy!!

Worst Hotel Staff Ever

Cons: This hotel needs a change in staff.
The front desk staff was the Most difficult I have ever had to deal with. She could not understand that I has paid through Expedia and tried to collect again. Even when Expedia call her and sent her the receipts where the nights were paid, she still turned us away. We had to go to another hotel and pay again. Days later I am still trying to get refunded with no success. She will not approve a refund and I can not get through to the owner. Expedia has been great to work with, but everyone should stay away from this hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Cleanness and comfort are missing at this hotel

Pros: no
Cons: remodel bathtubs, change carpet and mattress and have pleasant staff.
Location: Great location close to restaurants and gas station
Bathroom full of mildew in the corners and also soap box. Carpet with stain. Bed sheet with black stain.King bed mattress with springs coming out of mattress which would hurt our legs getting in and out of the bed. Front desk employees both with cold, coughing and sneezing cleaning nose with their hands and picking on the pens and paper without cleaning in front of the guests. Other guests would also return to the reception to change rooms because of the rooms not clean. In the morning outside on the corner of the breakfast and reception 5 employees gathered screaming at each other and complaining about each other. We could hear.... "" She said this... and she said that....
