"My family was impressed with the staff especially Davide at the front desk and the restaurant staff for breakfast. Alessandro was amazing and flawless and cared for us each day. Donatella and the other servers were wonderful. The options were terrific…and tasted great. The only negative is the disparity between the rooms conditions and amenities. The single room needed painted and was tight—especially for spending $2500 for one week. The other rooms my family had were great and they had surprise extras. "

If you are traveling with a family, the family room is basically a spacious apartment connected to the hotel. "

The room was clean and they had a gift for us as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleased"
