Very nice hotel, great staff.
Our stay was very pleasant at the hotel. The lady who welcomed us at the reception was lovely. She gave us great tips, called cabs for us, and gave us a free prosecco bottle when she learned we were in Florence on our honeymoon. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was spectacular with marble throughout and it was VERY large. We had a great time. There was a very loud concert happening one block away on the Piazza della Santissima Annunziata which lasted until midnight, and which interfered with our ability to sleep on the 2nd night, but that was a special occasion and certainly not the hotel’s fault at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Florence.

One of my favorite hotels during my stay. Rooms were cute and comfortable with spacious showers and good water pressure. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything was in walking distance. My one recommendation to the hotel would be to change up the way the breakfast works. I don’t think I should have to pay $18 for a glass of orange juice and a slice of pineapple which is all I eat for breakfast. Alacarte or free would be better

This hotel was perfect for my brief stay in Florence. I spent 4 nights here, and I cannot express enough what a wonderful an experience I had. The staff was fantastic, helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was easy to get everywhere from here. I will be sure to stay here again on my next visit to magical Florence.

Fabulous Florence
We stayed here for several days as we toured around Florence. The location is excellent. You are near a number of major sites. This is a excellent hotel. And we also got free calls to the US. The staff were top notch. One staff member (Florence is her name) was our favorite. She helped us get a lost/stolen bag back from the police station 100 kilometers or more away. Her help getting around made our trip.

Awesome boutique hotel!!
This is a small boutique hotel. Romantic and cozy. What really made our trip here was the staff. They were so welcoming took extra effort to make our stay outstanding. They went above and beyond. Offered coffee every morning however we like it. Had welcome drinks upon arrival. Great conversation with all staff and great recommendations for stay in Florence.

This is our 2nd time to stay at this beautiful hotel. We returned to find that they no longer have the special amenities that they had on our first visit. No turndown service, no breakfast made to order each morning or complimentary cocktail after our return from dinner. Other than that it still is a beautiful room with fantastic service and location is perfect.

Wonderful small hotel with great customer service. Best coffee I had on our whole trip. Customer service is outstanding. High quality bedding. There is a bit of smell coming from the bathrooms but we just closed the bathroom door and it was no problem. Highly recommend.

Sweet place to stay in Florence
This place was wonderful. We stayed in a deluxe rooftop room. Had a cute little balcony. The room was clean large and comfortable. the bathroom was nice and large. Bed comfortable. the staff was a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast and happy hour was a nice addition. we had some awesome conversations with other couples staying at the place during happy hour!

Nice good sized rooms!
Great hotel. Nice room size, clean and comfortable! No breakfast sadly but they give complimentary coffee, tea or juice and croissant till 10am. Great location too!

This property was fantastic. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and nice. We were given complimentary croissants and coffee in the morning and Prosecco and snacks every afternoon in the lobby. The hotel is perfectly positioned for walking around the city—5 minutes or less from Duomo and David. Also easy walks to the river and Uffizi. We also walked to and from the train station with 40lb backpacks without any problem. We loved this place and would highly recommend and rebook if we return.

Great hotel
The hotel was very nice. It was a little bit difficult to spot from the street as there is only a small sign next to the front door which was locked at the time and we had to ring the bell for the receptionist to open. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was particularly good. Of note, there is no iron in the room but it seems to be the same in all Italian hotels. We didn’t have any breakfast and I’m not even sure there is a restaurant in the hotel but in the morning they did coffee and juices and croissants for free instead of breakfast. The staff really couldn’t do enough for you. They held our bags on the last day for several hours for free. Explained how to get to the airport and overall appeared very keen to help. Overall great hotel and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location! Great hotel!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were walking distance to many of the main sites. We could see the Duomo at the end of the street. The Statue of David was right around the corner. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really nice. It had an all marble bathtub/shower that was beautiful. The hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
