Great location..wonderful staff..

The staff were so nice..couldn't do enough for us..but a few small things made us wonder..no water in room and only one bar of soap..strange for the standards of this type of hotel

Very central hotel just where you'd like it to be

Small hotel with personal service. Make you feel part of the family. So central driving the car there is possible but a bit complex.

Great Hotel Right in the middle of everything!

Pros: Great staff, very helpful, nice bar area.
Cons: Better breakfast for the money.
Location: The location is great, A 10 minute walk to everything!
EXCEPT FOR FIRST GIVING ME A ROOM AT THE END OF THE SERVICE CORRIDOR, NEXT TO THE SERVICE ELEVATOR AND SERVICE SUPPLY ROOM, AFTER I COMPLAINED, THEY GAVE ME A NICE ROOM .

In error I made an extra third reservation and was charger for it even though I was there for 5 days - we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant - the wifi was down in the room most of my stay. The manager was not accoamading!

Old rooms, no toilet flushing & no internet

Location is great, but for the price paid not to have a working toilet flush and no internet is not acceptable.

Nice hotel with attentive staff

Treated Like Royalty

We stayed in the family room that sleeps four and were very comfortable. The service was phenomenal. Location was excellent as well. This is the only place I will stay in Florence from now on!

Warmly welcoming, centrally located Florence hotel

Location: Right in the centre of the centro historico
For a short break away from the family as a couple, we wanted to maximise our time in Florence and decided to stay centrally. The time also coincided with an important anniversary and also happened to occur at the time of St. Valentine's Day, so I chose it carefully for its reported comfort and ambiance. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, we felt warmly but discreetly looked after by all the staff at reception, for the excellent breakfast each morning and for room service. Our room was well furnished and comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Very little more that we could have wished for. Recommendations and bookings for local restaurants were superbly judged by the reception staff.
