Was pleasantly surprised to find a nice dining facility on site, with very decent food options even later in the evening. Staff was so accommodating. Very comfortable stay.

This is not one of the finest Hilton properties. We chose this property out of several similar ones in the vicinity because of its ratings and reviews and because of our experience with other Hiltons in other states. We found this property not to be to the Hilton standards that we've come to know from other properties. By comparison, the suite is small and the kitchenette is cramped. The grounds and lobby are nice. The pool and hot tub were fine. The beds comfortable.The chemical smell/feel in the room (?cleaning products) was also a surprise for a Hilton property. Staff moderately friendly, but not as welcoming or helpful as at other properties. We were planning on staying here on our way back through as well but may make other plans.

Nice hotel clean easy check in and check out. My complaint is with the other guests. Between 1a and 330a, on my floor quite a few guest were being loud, running up and down the hallway slamming doors and just being obnoxious with no regard for other guests. Not sure if ill be coming back

The room was large and clean. Heard another room's plumbing running all night. Staff was ok. Bartender was less than friendly when we just asked for two bottled beers. Everything was an extra charge. Close to the interstate but we've had better stays.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! The rooms were dated but clean. Could use some upgrades but overall it was enjoyable. There are a ton of stores around the hotel that are very easy to get to.

Unfortunately, when I woke up this morning, we had no hot water so no one compensated for what had happened. Think that’s a bad thing I should be compensated if I can’t take a shower that I’m paying for a room.

There were renovations taking place, but the hotel and staff did a wonderful job accommodating us. Reggie (night desk clerk) is a star.

Very nice and large rooms and the breakfast was superb with table service and the employees was more than great from checking in to checking out and all in between. The waitress was extremely nice and fast. Thanks for everything!!!!!

Since I'm disable. It was wonderful having a restaurant in the inside. The decor in the room very outdated. BUT, I will take that! Customer Service EXCEEDED my expectations truly. Will be back for sure when visitng this small town.

It was not good
We were supposed to have a king size room or bed got there they told me they did not have that room but I'll book it a day in advance and it was okay they had it then but when I got there they didn't have it and staff was not very friendly

Went to the room and it had an awful smell and some loud ozone machine was running on the desk, like they were trying to suck the smell out or something, I called down to the front and they said they would change our room and send someone up with info an new keys, 20 mins later and no one came, a facility guy came and picked up the machine and said he thinks the person supposed to get us is in our new room and gave us the new room number. We went to the room and walk in to them plunging the toilet and smelled like they just sprayed something to cover up a smell,15 minutes later he finished plunging an left. Later when going to flush the toilet it wouldn't flush, so had to call down to the front again and they sent a guy back up to plunge again, then he said that wasn't working and had to snake the toilet. So the guy who tried fixing the toilet before we went into the new room basically left it clogged, needless to say I was just ready to get out there. The hotel staff asked how my stay was and I explained to them what happened and they had an empathetic look on there face and just said sorry. That to me isn't good enough especially for a hilton hotel I was extremely disappointed

A flawless experience
This was a great experience. The room was fresh-nice linens on the beds... The pool is always open which was wonderful-especially when arriving later in the evening with kids. Check in/out was painless and the young lady helping us was most professional.Breakfast was well done. We were pleased overall!

Best hotel stay ever!!!!!
The hotel was excellent!!!!! The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spotless,had a large flat screen, had a nice clock radio with a hookup for mp3/ ipod. I really liked that the sink/vanity was in the bathroom with a door for privacy.

We used this Hotel to split up our trip to Florida from NY so it was great. Very clean and cozy
