Went to the room and it had an awful smell and some loud ozone machine was running on the desk, like they were trying to suck the smell out or something, I called down to the front and they said they would change our room and send someone up with info an new keys, 20 mins later and no one came, a facility guy came and picked up the machine and said he thinks the person supposed to get us is in our new room and gave us the new room number. We went to the room and walk in to them plunging the toilet and smelled like they just sprayed something to cover up a smell,15 minutes later he finished plunging an left. Later when going to flush the toilet it wouldn't flush, so had to call down to the front again and they sent a guy back up to plunge again, then he said that wasn't working and had to snake the toilet. So the guy who tried fixing the toilet before we went into the new room basically left it clogged, needless to say I was just ready to get out there. The hotel staff asked how my stay was and I explained to them what happened and they had an empathetic look on there face and just said sorry. That to me isn't good enough especially for a hilton hotel I was extremely disappointed
