Hotel Ferretti Review.

Pros: It is very close to most of the places of interest and the central station as well.
Cons: Its signboard should be well-lighted. Common toilets should be split into bath and toilet.
Location: Very good location.
The hotel does not display its name well-lighted. As a result we took a long time to locate it from a distance on our arrival during night. Its Reception and Breakfast rooms are located in the 1st and 2nd floor. It has no lift. Older persons like us had to face hardship going up & down. Only one toilet for 3 rooms.

Dear customer, thank you for your review, the lift is not listed in the service of our hotel during reservation so not a surprise for you ! For the italian law the shared bathroom can be used for a maximum of 8 person ( your room was on first floor and you shared the bath with other 2 rooms for 2 people so 6 people in total - :)

O atendimento do Dario foi excelente, assim como dos outros atendentes. A limpeza do quarto contou muito, pois achei o quarto simples demais para o preço aplicado. Para passar só a noite, como foi nosso caso, não tem problema. café da manhã bom. Reservei como Hotel Ferreti e no local é classificado como Pensão Ferreti.

Considerando che ha 1 stella e non puó offrire molto devo dire che è eccezionale.Manca purtroppo la tv e il condizionatore in camera . La stanza (8) era pulito e il bagno nuovo.Posizione ottima e prezzi adeguati. Personale ospitale che ci ha anche consigliato ottimi posti in cui mangiare. Consigliatissimo.

Pros: The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
It is in the center of the city so everything is really easy to walk to.

Não recomendo, haja vista ficar num prédio velho sem manutenção, sendo necessário subir 2 andares de escada, recepção pobre e bagunçada, quarto sem ar condicionado sem televisão. Fui baseado na avaliação do Tripadvisor e me dei mal!

Gentil senhor, o nosso hotel está localizado num edifício do século XVI, na lista de serviços do nosso Hotel onde ele reservado não há elevador, ar condicionado e TV, então não era para ser surpreendido, ele fez bem em escolher o nosso hotel com base no que eu li no TripAdvisor porque é a realidade, talvez tinha para reservar um 4 estrelas.
