Hotel was very near to the railway station, many restaurants and attractions. We liked the area and felt safe during our entire trip. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception and the room was clean when we got back. However, it was really hot the fist day and we were not able to turn on the A/C. Upon checking, they said it's centralized and they won't turn it on until it reaches a specific temperature. It was very loud and noisy even when we kept the windows closed. Out TV remote was not working and they replaced the remote but still half of the controls were not functional. TV was on for the entire stay and we were not able to turn it off. There was no soap holder in the shower or the entire bathroom. Location was great.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Location was good and walkable to the train station, making it an excellent choice for a one-day stay.

Great location with just a short walk from the main train station! It was a clean (simple) room, and the staff was nice. We saw there was luggage storage and selected the hotel partly for this reason, but when we got there, we discovered the luggage is just all left in a corner and not locked away, which made me a bit nervous. Our items were fine thankfully. It seemed to be a safe area, and it was very lively (and somewhat loud outside) at night (we kept the windows open for air and could hear more outside). Also, our room was close to reception, and we could hear almost everyone coming by that area and the breakfast area in the morning. All in all, it was a fine stay.

Great location
Location is great! close to restaurants, food and street markets, atractions, train station, etc. Staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel is small and cozy, rooms clean, spacious and confortable. There is no elevator but only 3 floors. The only thing we didn't like much is that the a/c is centrally controled by staff at reception and it was set to 23° celcius, and we found the room too hot when coming back in the afternoon. We were 4 persons in a room. I guess it is to save energy. But we asked to increase the fan strenght and lower the temperature and they did inmediately every time. The breakfast is very convenient and with small but good selections of breads, pastries, coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, etc. In general we were very happy with this hotel and staff, and we would come back again and recommend it for sure!

Will not stay here at all. Room is small and air didn't work and no elevator. So noisy and dirty outside. People were rowdy outside until late in the night. Only good thing is close to railway station and pretty much all attractions but again Florance is a small town. For the price paid not worth it at all. The front desk guys were almost rude.

The room is so noisy, it has the sound like "refilling water after flushing the toilet" constantly all day and night especially on the first floor. But just the daytime outside the room is noisy enough to cover the water sounds in the room. At the nighttime it is the worst, I can't even sleep with the noisy water sounds. Then I go down to reception and ask about the sound, that long hair night shift male staff is a bit rude and didn't want to solve the water sound problem. All other staff are so nice.

The location was perfect. Very walkable to all the big things, but not right at them. Nice dinner options just down the street if you don't like to wander far. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Property is in a good location close to the train station. The WiFi was not great. A lot of noise in the early morning around the property and within the halls. There are also these little fruit flies everywhere. They did make the bed and clean the room everyday and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is really nice and area is great! Just one issue: I specifically requested for a 2nd level room as I don't want to stay on the ground level. Instead of putting me on the 2nd floor which is just one flight up, I was placed on the 3rd floor which was really disappointing. They explained that they use 0 as the ground floor, 1 for first, etc. But thing is, I didn't use FLOOR, I specified LEVEL. I even mentioned that I don't want too high as they didn't have elevators. I almost cancelled my reservation and looked for another hotel. My family calmed me down so we stayed.

We had a great stay. This hotel is close to everything you want to see in Florence. The room is a good size, and the bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. Checking in was simple and there is always someone at the front desk to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Charming hotel, great location
I very much enjoyed my stay. I was arriving to Florence by train and needed something close to the train and at the same time close to the sites. This was a perfect location. It was a 5 minute walk from the train, and had several restaurants, shops, and gelato shops right on the same street. The big indoor food market was right around the corner, and the Duomo was less than 10 minute walk. The museums and ponte vecchio was an easy walk, about 15 minutes. The hotel was clean, safe, and charming. There is no elevator in the hotel or refrigerator in the rooms. The air conditioning was good but it is centrally controlled by staff. So if you want it warmer or cooler you just ask the front desk to adjust and they do so immediately without a problem.

The staff is great, it’s a good hotel overall, just found it odd we have to leave the key when we go out, but there’s always someone there 24h a day. It’s not the most extensive breakfast but it was ok, the coffee is from a “real” coffee machine (which was great) although on the last day the coffee did not taste as good as before

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast was yummy and provided many options. It is very close to the train station and major attractions. Couldnt be happier with this stay.

Great hosts/ reception staff. They prepared breakfast & always serve with a smile. Though room too small for 4 of us with only 1 bathroom; will consider booking 2 rooms instead. For the service and responsiveness & proximity to Firenze SMN- it’s all worth it! Strongly recommend!
