I had picked this hotel for location alone - close enough to the center of town without having to drive through the tighter streets. Having private off-street parking was definitely a plus, as street parking is highly competitive in this area.
The room was on the third floor, so we had to take the small elevator up and down. It was pretty hot while we were there, and the elevator got quite hot and stuffy during the slow trips up and down.
The AC didn't work all that well, but it kept the room from being too hot.
The facilities are a bit outdated as noted in other reviews, mostly in the area of accommodating modern electronics (no direct USB ports for charging, for instance). A little inconvenient to charge two phones using one power converter (we came from the US), but we were able to do it.
The room was OK, nothing spectacular, but not bad, either.
