Florence made easy
Friendly staff. Close to lots of the touristy things so we could walk everywhere. Close to bus stop and Hop on hop off bus pick up. Lovely breakfast. Would stay here again

Just couple days here. Is bed breakfast type, NOT a hotel. The lady at desk is lovely and helpful, very friendly. but not there all the time. You are given keys to get in building then upstairs to rooms. Clean. Very small room. Snacks and things in your room for breakfast. Make your own coffee in hallway. Rather quaint.

Cute B&B

Safe and comfortable
The room was comfortable and clean. They provided continental breakfast items and coffee maker. The wifi was good, except it was out one evening and the staff was already gone for the day. The location was a little far from the train station and main tourist sites. The area felt very safe and the building was very secure.

Live like a local
A good location in a residential area. It's about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral but every day it's interesting to see local life. I've often wondered what it's like behind the large wooden doors in many European cities. This was our chance to find out. The building was clearly a very fine residence in its day, and now most of one floor has been converted to this B&B with the rest of the building still as private homes. It was very quiet and a really good base to explore Florence

Superb location and a lovely B&B
Great location in walkable distance from both main train stations. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes walk to The Duomo. A fabulous building and a lovely spacious comfortable room. Friendly and attentive reception staff. A good sized continental breakfast in the room each day with extra coffee, fruit,cake in the communal hallway. Can’t wait to go back!

A quaint place in a very convenient location
The hotel is very conveniently located, has its climate and is clean. The receptionist/manager is a very nice and helpful person. The downside of the hotel is its poorly functioning wifi, which works well only in the reception area but not inside the room. All in all taking everything into account I fully recommend the place.

Genuinely lovely
It was wonderful! Only about 10minutes walk to duomo. You seriously don't need to use a bus or taxi to get about. The room was always clean, the wifi was excellent and the staff were genuinely lovely. The staff really picked up on the details; I would drink a LOT of tea so I bought milk from the market and kept it in the fridge. As I was running out of milk, they kindly put a small pint in the fridge for me, with extra tea bags on the table! I was actually moved lol I will definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff that made the stay a wonderful experience!!

This place is a gem. Very comfortable, clean, evety small detail has been consideted. It felt like real home hospitality. They went out of their way to get special milk for my husband who is vegan. A minor issue was the small size of the elevator. We still managed to squeeze in 2 large suitcases and 2 carry ons.

Awesome location. Very nice!
The location was great. Susanna was very helpful with information about restaurants and bus routes. There are good restaurants in walking distance. We were also able to leave our bags there after we had checked out so that we could do some more sightseeing. Public parking garages are also within walking distance.

Comfortable respite from busy Florence
This cute little bed and breakfast was a nice respite from the busy, touristy areas of Florence. It was convenient enough to walk to and from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was in a good location - quiet, yet easy walking distance to Uffuzi and viewpoint Piazzale Michelangelo. Campo di Marte train station is also easy walking distance. Rooms were dated but comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. Good value for money.

Atypical but nice!
It is located of the third floor of an office type building. You are given three keys upon arrival, one for the exterior door, one for the "apartment" and one got your room. Susannah the manager is pleasant but make sure you let her know if you are getting in late. I believe she leaves at 7. Breakfast is served in your room the day before consisting of pastries, packet toasts, etc. it was actually good. There are other food items in the hallway, fruits etc. I booked a double but the room had a double bed and a single bed. The room was nice and spacious and I had no complaints. It is located close to most sights and easy to get there by bus although we took a taxi to get there. Lots of restaurants close - had some really good food in the area. All in all, a nice place to stay!

Nice B&B if you enjoy walking
Me and my wife enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The hotel was in a young and vibrant neighbourhood. It is conveniently situated next to a couple of bus stops and taxi hub. However, we decided to walk everywhere which took us about 35-40 min from any of Florence major attraction. The room itself is VERY small but quiet and clean. Both of us decided against eating the breakfast as it was very poor.

Great location
I found my stay very pleasant. The hotel is well located within walking distance to many sites. And most important to me, it was very clean. The room was on third floor and no elevator so keep that in mind , if you have alot of bags. There was a table in our room with everything needed for morning coffe or tea.Also toast and jam we felt it sufficient. We would definitely return .

Great b&b, loved that you can come and go as you please, with being given the key to outside and inside doors so you weren't restricted. Also liked that your breakfast was left in your room, meant you could get up and get your breakfast at your leisure. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Plenty of info sitting around too. Great location, about 10-15 mins walk away from the Duomo. Great restaurants close by too. Beware of tourist tax though, I wasn't aware it was to be paid, and is put on in most places. Overall a wonderful visit, would recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great Hotel
The hotel staff was very accomodating. Suzanna made taxo reservations for us and gave excellent recommendations. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights before and 1 night after a walking tour through Tuscany. I forgot some items at the hotal and they were held until my return. Very good value for the price.

Posizione abbastanza lontana ma comunque comoda. Ma la colazione è praticamente impossibile da fare. Inizia allle 8:30 il mattino ma se uno vuole visitare la città a 8:30 spera già di essere in giro. Non posso dire che non sia buona ma per il semplice fatto che non l’ho mai fatta. Da quello che ho visto non mi ha entusiasmato. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia e le camere tutto okay. Però non ci ritornerei

siamo spiacenti ma non abbiamo fatto niente di sbagliato ogni struttura ha i suoi orari potevate comunicare che al mattino la vostra sveglia era presto e avremo fatto in modo di mettervi altri prodotti per la colazione in camera è anche vero che la colazione standard è comunque pronta in camera le altre cose sono in aggiunta alla colazione in camera grazie

接待人員(老太太)很客氣很nice，但床的舒適性普通，床腳搖搖晃晃，但房間氛圍是漂亮的。 不滿意的是早餐，給得很簡陋，感覺就是超市買一買塘塞的吐司、起司片、水煮蛋而已，咖啡也是膠囊咖啡(只有一種口味)。跟接待人員形容得有新鮮水果且很豐富完全不同，不值得加價5歐/人使用早餐，建議去外面吃，5歐可以吃得更好。且早餐沒有準時提供，預定早餐時是確認早餐時間可以在check out前來的及吃才加價的，詢問接待人員時還被不耐煩地回覆說 「I just arrived! You should wait for couple minutes! 」但我們有趕車問題且準時提供早餐不該是住客的問題。

spiacente per l'imprevisto quel giorno la vecchia signora è arrivata leggermente in ritardo le nostre colazioni sono molto varie con euro 5 in un bar a Firenze potevate avere molto poco comunque grazie cercheremo ti migliorare

В целом все понравилось. Удобная кровать и подушки. Не шумно. Все необходимое в номере было. Недалеко от центра и просторно. Завтраки слабоваты, на них тут лучше не рассчитывать, если для вас это важно. Хотя бутерброды с сыром (подтаевшим) и мясом вы всегда сможете съесть.

Excelente!
Nos ayudaron a organizar a un amigo que se unio al viaje a ultima hora, con todo y que llegamos tarde nos esperaron y nos atendieron muy amablemente, nos dieron las indicaciones y la información para recorrer Florencia y disfrutarla al maximo, muy recomendado. Todo limpio y ordenado, gracias!!

Muy lindo el hotel , viejito pero confortable . El problema fue que llegamos y no estuvo lista la habitación , debimos esperar , nos entregaron llaves equivocadas y la recepcionista nos avisó para regresar por las correctas , lo cual nos hizo perder tiempo . Faltan mosquiteros en las ventanas .Nos guardaron nuestras maletas después del check out, pero no tuvimos acceso a los servicios , pequeños detalles que deben de corregirse .

Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. El grueso del desayuno se sirve en la habitación, pero en el pasillo también hay más cosas con las que completarlo (bastante completo). Está a unos 10-15 minutos andando del centro. Como puntos negativos destacaríamos el estado de los enchufes (había 2 que parecían estar colgando) y que las ventanas no aislaban mucho del ruido de la calle ni de la temperatura exterior (había veces que se notaba frío en la habitación).

We spent awesome time in Residenza Manzoni (5 days). To be honest the hotel was even beter that we had expected. Everything was great: location, appartment, staff, decor, breakfasts, cleaning, etc. We had nothing to complain or concern about. It's a really nice place, worth its high ranking! Highly recommend~

전반적으로 별로인 숙소입니다.
역에서 도보로 20분 이상이라 위치가 별로입니다. 알고 선택했지만 가격대비 조식이 많이 부실합니다. 똑같은 사과와 씨리얼은 사람들 다니는 객실 복도에 내 놓아져 있고 4일간 같은 빵(밀봉된 크로아상)은 정말 무성의 하게 느껴졌구요. 트리플 룸인데 화장실도 너무 작고(수압도 너무 약해서 불편) 파손된 스위치에 테이프를 붙여놔 불 끌때 신경써야 했습니다. 이탈리아 여행중 한 숙소에서 가장 길게 묵은 곳인데 가장 별로였습니다.
