Get the upstairs roomPosted Jul 24, 2016 on Hotels
This bed and breakfast was a well maintained and friendly staffed location. It is off the beaten path and difficult to find but once you're there it is easy to use the bus to get around. The reason my stay wasn't pleasant was the bugs. My room was on the basement floor. As you walk in there is a drain right outside the door that smells of sewer. The reception desk is inside and the door is wide open with no screen. After the reception desk there is another door wide open with no screen. My room was adjacent to this door and it was also wide open when I arrived. There were flies and mosquitos all over the place. The breakfast area is in the basement just to the left of the entry and it has a beautiful patio where the doors are also left wide open with no screens. The flies were busy eating breakfast before we arrived. This would have been a 5 star for me if they would just add some screens and maybe close the doors a little.

Lovely B&BPosted Nov 2, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Nice location and good price, very friendly staff.
Cons: Recommend they move away from their feather comforter and remind other guests to respect others and quiet down at a certain time at night.
Location: Few lovely restaurants.Close to the bus route to get to central of town or a 15-20 minute walk.Walking was the best way to discover interesting things
Was a lovely place to stay, very friendly staff that provided us with a welcome pack and explained to us how to use the public transport, provided us with tips and recommendation of local restaurants, attractions and tour ideas. Was clean and tidy but a bit noisy. Would also recommend that they move away from feather comforter as we had quite some trouble with allergies and the feathers.

Nice Villa, 10 min. from center FlorencePosted Sep 20, 2015
Cons: Room size and condition
Location: 10 minutes from the center by bus, there's a station a few minutes of walking from the Villa
We stayed at this Villa for 2 nights, lovely host, room and breakfast. However, the AC in the room did not work well and dropped water at the room. When we raised this to the host, she offered to move to another room.

Sweet little Tuscan B&BPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels
Was a bit hard to find. The link from the site takes you to arezzo not Firenze. :( but once found it was a great lil place with authentic local town feel. Off the beaten path of normal high traffic tourists. Perfect!

SWEET FRIENDLY QUIET BED AND BREAKFAST!!Posted Apr 12, 2010 on Orbitz
We enjoyed staying at the bed and Breakfast because we had 3 families together and all our rooms were together. They even added an extra bed with no extra charge. It was sweet, quiet and friendly service. Only downfall was that it was not downtown Florence and parking was a mess so we paid alot for a taxi.Well worth it, though. We rented a mini bus for 10 members of our family and is a nightmare to park in Florence or any other big city in Italy! The owners try their best to accomodate the guests. Loved the Italian restaurant they referred us to and we were able to walk to get there. Breakfast was only about $8.00 per person and was set up in a nice room below the bed and Breakfast main house. We were pleased and for only needing a room for 1 night it was perfect for us!! Nice Tuscan decorations and family owned!
