Enjoy a peaceful stay in this newly remodeled retreat with a king size bed and a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer. Across street from the Elk River. Neighborhood boat launch. Enjoy peace and still have great internet service. Just minutes from downtown Rogersville where you can enjoy amazing food and go hiking or fishing at Joe Wheeler State Park. Close to Brownsferry. We are pet friendly. There is a Pet Fee $50, and all pets have to be approved.

This house is across the street from the Elk River. Have great view most of the year. Has newly installed internet service.

We are very close to the elk river just acoss the street. Walking distance to the boat launch and nieghborhood park. Beautiful area.

Rogersville Resturants and Grocery store are only 5 miles from the retreat.
Very convenient to town.

Pet welcome with $50 Pet Fee and $150 pet Deposit. Please note the property is on a hill. There is extra Parking and turn around space. Please stay on the gravel. Welcome to use neigborhood boat dock and park.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am for outside activites.

My wife and I stayed for 2nights, the accommodations were very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I’m sure we will stay there next time we come to the area if it’s available.

Very misleading
The grass was high,got chiggers first night,the floors were sticky and nasty,had to wear shoes whole time,water pressure was very low,so showers were awful.And the pics are misleading,this is NOT close to water,the pic is of water is a run down park down the road from place,had to drive a long ways to find anywhere to fish.And veiws were a hill in back and weeds on one side and privacy fence on other...where by the way was not private,owners are next door and were reaving up motors the first night and had to turn t.v up over the noise.No good tv channels.I would have stayed in a motel had I known all this...I think I would have enjoyed it better.My advice is if you want a WHOLE in the wall kinda place then it's okay but for peace and quit and nice views and access to water THIS place is AWFUL.The worst time away ever...was so glad to leave...even left early!!! MONEY WASTED...this is a misleading add.At least at a motel your linen is washed and trash took out...here you have to do the linens and take trash to bottom of hill...but yet charges you a cleaning fee!!!! Oh and by hill I mean steep hill so if you take boat the driveway is steep!!...I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Everything on the listing is completely accurate except I got the feeling you could see the water from the cabin and with the trees leafed out you do not. I then looked again and the water picture is without leaves on trees. The drive is a bit of a pull but we had a truck. It is very well stocked and also very clean and comfortable. Furnished like a cute cottage. Would stay again.

Beautiful getaway
The home was amazing. Very new and roomy. Bed is comfy and the shower is spacious. Full kitchen with all amenities! Only thing I will say, we brought our boat (24' SeaArk) and we had difficulties turning it around. Also, the hill is steep, so if towing, you'll need 4 wheel drive which wasn't a problem for us! Overall our stay was awesome! Nita is very attentive to guests and I would definitely stay here again!
