The staff was amazing, super helpful and caring. We made a mistake with one of your reservations and Giovanni and Davit from guest services tried to help us and really went above and beyond. Would stay again and definitely recommend

The location was perfect, just within short walk to Firenze SMN train station and the surrounding local attractions. Breakfast was good with hot food selection and cappuccino on request. The staffs were attentive and helpful. Room was modern included most amenities. The only nitpick was the the shower stall was tight and it leaked water to the outside.

This hotel is just perfect. The staff is one of the kindest I've met in a hotel, breakfast was excellent (!). Everything in the hotel is new and beautiful. The room was a little bit small, but besides that, 10/10

Perfect location for what we needed. Close to major sites and the train station. Staff was super friendly and we came back every day to a spotless room. The breakfast was more than we even expected and presented so beautifully. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and assisted us many times with directions and recommendations…the location is perfect … 4 minute walk to train station and 7-8 walk to Duomo … very clean, quiet and great breakfast

Had the most wonderful time at this hotel. Most notable was the service - staff members were extremely responsive, warm, and accommodating. The breakfast crew was efficient and super friendly. They ran a pretty tight ship, and exceeded all expectations. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!
