Did not stay room was awful dirty in a back yard view couldn't see our car I believe this room was given to us because the rate was in Canafian dollars. We were refunded by Hotels.com

We are sorry for your bad experience with us. At any time during your stay we would be happy to fix the problem or if necessary switch you to a different room. Half of the rooms are not on the parking lot side. We probably did not need have any parking lot side rooms left at the time.

Bad decision

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. More bugs then humans. Shower was full of hair and dirty wash cloths. Bed was a pile of sheets. No way they were clean. Room had a funny smell. Not in a good neighborhood lots of people hanging around and being loud. Families were fleeing to their cars come 4 am. You could hear the cleaning ladies cart making its was from room to room.

Miss Taylor, We apologize for your bad experience here at Travelodge. We routinely have a professional exterminator come by every two weeks. After reading your comments we immediately called them again for an additional spraying.

No barking dogs, please!

I wish I had know this place was pet friendly, please make a note that we do not appreciate staying next door to a barking dog! And I picked this hotal becasue the other hotel at this rate did not have a smoke free room for us. There are two musts in the future. Please make a note of it in our file.

We are sorry that a pet of one of our other guests kept you awake. We have trained our staff to always take care of any noise complaints as soon as we are aware of them. Unfortunately we were never told of this particular problem til the morning.

Thanksgiving 2015

Okay ! Let me just start by saying I have stayed at this particular hotel several times before and it has NEVER been as terrible as this time . The pillows were worn down , the sheet underneath the cover were torn the shower kept getting backed up and now I'm iching every single second because I got bitten by bed bugs . Never will I stay at this hotel ever again .

Birthday weekend

Travelodge has made this birthday day weekend one to remember . The room was ohh so nice and clean and everything thing seems to be perfect . I had a couple people stop by and they were so impressed with how clean the room were and when I told them the price they were even more shock . Thank you Travelodge .

I like my chances better of going 2jail in Mexico

I was 1st given a key that did not open my room door. After getting into my room,there was an oder in the air. I slept in my clothes I had on all day because I felt it was the safe thing to do.I didn't sleep well at all. That morning I had to shower,just had to. I went 24 hours without one. That shower had not been clean in months. It was brown in the tub and the shower curtain was dirty. I am a grown man that grew up in the country of and I have never experience such a NASTY ROOM!!!Never again. I am now a room snob!

clean room

First of all I need to say that the staff here is always extremely nice and pleasant and the room was clean. But then there are these issues I have been coming to this hotel to stay since May this year almost once a month and there are still no phones working in the room that I stayed in. 6 weeks ago when I was here I had no TV service. In this time I had trouble with my TV and they had to call the maintenance man to come out and fix it. I was in the very back of the motel and since there is no phone working in my room I had to use my cell phone to call up to the front desk. I needed ice but there was no ice bucket in my room. So instead of having to call the front desk again I just did without my ice. I will need to be coming back in a few weeks so that area and I am hoping at least the phones will be working the TV will be working.

Horrible hotel NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This was a horrible hotel, rooms had a terrible odor, nobody could sleep. Breakfast was missing everything, nobody to assist guests at the front desk or during breakfast. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I am sorry for your bad experience at our establishment. I will address the issue with our entire housekeeping staff to make sure each room is appropriately sprayed. No maid service

Everything you read in the other reviews is true. We stayed for 3 nights and had to have the front desk reprogram our room keys each day to get into our rooms. We also had no maid service for the duration of our 3 night stay. Please stay away.

I am sorry you had a bad experience at our establishment. I will talk with the front desk and make sure that the keys are programmed for the correct number of days. It may be possible that the key was demagnetized by either a cell phone or credit card placed beside it. That is unacceptable that you did not get maid service. Our front desk is available all the time to address any issues before checkout.
