love the villa and was sorry to stay only one night. Will be back. Food at the restaurant was great, everything but for a dessert this needs work.

Loved the Italian charm and grounds. It’s about 20 minutes from the center of Florence but we didn’t mind taking the local bus into town. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was always helpful. Loved it!

The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was the best bed I slept on in a while. Walking distance into the center of Florence if you like to take long walks. Great breakfast.

Great hotel!
Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff nice grounds nice rooms and a nice bathroom. Good breakfast and enjoyed our time there for three nights. Would use them again anytime I come to Florence.

Fabulous place. Worth the money.
The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Conveniently located in Florence
Great quiet location only a couple of miles from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. Breakfast is extremely good as is the restaurant for dinner.

Average hotel. More like a 3 star. Rude management. Did not have clean towels when we checked in. Staff apologizes and said they would send new ones. Did not come until next day. When we ordered a taxi from the room they said it would be there in 5 mins. Come to the lobby and no one has ordered one. When we questioned as to why this is the case, the manager rudely jumped in and shouted it would be here now in 5 minutes and that there is no difference. Not one apology. Many better hotels around. Florence is beautiful and very welcoming. This hotel is not.

This hotel was beautiful and felt like being in the Tuscan countryside when on property. The included breakfast was extensive and a perfect touch to our stay. It was a little far from the city center (taxi back and forth for our family was $25 each way), which we hadn’t anticipated as we thought it was closer in walking distance. However, it was a pleasant stay otherwise and the staff helped us quickly get taxis when needed. They also arranged for us to leave our luggage at their sister property in the city center on the day we checked out- and that was so appreciated! Thank you!

Rooms are so clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly and the fact that they spoke some English was very helpful I didn’t like the fact that they only had 1 restaurant and the flying bugs got to land on the breakfast food and it was not replaced they were just fanned away and the cab company they use over charge the guest by taking the long way around and add fees to the fair even when you’re not traveling to the airport I enjoyed my trip, but I will not stay at this resort again The transportation cost alone were ridiculous

Great hotel with easy bus access to Florence.
We stayed here for a week and we had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and then hopped on a local bus into Florence very easily! The check in staff were very helpful as were the wait staff. House keeping left my daughters bunny in a safe position on her bed everyday! The place was very clean and the rooms were well worth the money. I would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As a family of 5, the property was very accommodating from poolside beverages, room service and breakfast. Clean, professional and modern. We will return and refer others to stay when visiting Florence! 10/10.
