“It was very clean and well cared for. Reminded me of Scandinavia. Not so many amenities but what they had was high quality. For example, no coffee machine in room but the free machine in reception did expressing and lattes as well as regular coffee. There is a laundry room and they give you a clothes basket in your room. The kitchenette is very nice but you need to bring your own dishes, pans etc. we didn’t inquire at reception though if things like that can be given on request.”

“Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following:
Unclean patio
dim or non operatable lights in the rooms
no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons)
TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable.
must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks
listening to crickets through the vents at night.
If you are fine with the above, feel free to make a reservation.”

“The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. Also the work space consisted of an uncomfortable chair and tiny desk barely big enough for a laptop and note……

“The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”
