No warmth

They are doing construction so it was annoying to have to carry your bags so far! The front desk person was very curt and sort of uninterested.

Hotel rooms tiny, no refrigerator or microwave in

It was ok. Beds were comfortable. It was a chorus retreat.

Disappointing. Won't stay again.

Posted Jan 23, 2017 on Hotels
Very disappointing for a Wyndham. Construction on front entry and little direction on where to go to check in- I had to call and ask. Long winding trip to check-in desk. Clerk was efficient and polite. Room was very small but nice. Was clean too. But toilet was lopsided and didn't flush unless you held knob down for a while and beds were extremely uncomfortable.

lots of construction

Posted Jan 18, 2017
Pros: I'll recommend it once it's finished being renovated!
wow, big difference from visit in the fall. lots of construction, i had to enter from the restaurant, take elevator there then walk pretty far down the hallway to a set up for reception, then walk all the way back down that long hallway to take that set of elevators to get to my room. construction workers were working as we were walking past them (hard to accomplish much i would think). everyone was pleasant and the noise wasn't high but it seemed like way too far to walk to check in.

Better wait until the construction in finished

Posted Dec 23, 2016
The monetary benefit to the Wyndham Hotel chain from keeping this place open during the current hotel renovation is likely to be far smaller than the damage to the corporate name from having their guests surrounded by construction activities.
