Very clean and comfortable room.

Experience was overall great. My husband and I stood there one night and it was all we needed.

Nice hotel on beautiful creek with access to ocean

Pros: Location and access to the water
Cons: The door squeaked
Location: Great restaurants nearby
Clean room with french doors opening to the creek. Close to Marker 88 Gulfside restaurant.

Disappointed

Pros: The pool area
Cons: Black out shades & a noise buffer
The room was decent, clean & efficient. However, the road noise was extremely loud & the window lacked a black-out shade. The lights from the outside kept the room lit all night. We did not sleep well.

Great location in Keys

Cons: Need blackout curtains for outside lights and to reduce noise.

Crappie rooms and service.

Cons: See above. It needs to be cleaner; maid service is terrible; managers don't care about guests, they are only just another tourist.
Location: Staff should be trained about local attractions, such as fishing, diving charters and restaurants.
It is very expensive for what type get. We stayed 3 nights and did not have all of the included items any of the nights. We asked for additional towels, which we had to go to the front desk and get, only to have the maids take the clean towels before we could use then at the beach. No shampoo, no hand towels, no wash rags. The office is only pen from 8-8, with no management there to make a decision. We asked the manager to call, email or text, which they did not do. The rooms are not very clean. It is clear that the management of this inn doesn't care, they know there will be more tourists, so they don't have to treat you right. I would not stay here again and would certainly NOT recommend this place to anyone. And to top it all off, I got bitten several dozen times by bed bugs!!! Yuck.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Our rates change throughout the year and right now we are in high season and offer the most competitive rates. Housekeeping service at the hotel does not go into the rooms twice a day, so once they finish cleaning in the morning and put new toiletries and towels they will most likely not come back. If you are in need of any kind of supplies we will gladly give them to you at the Front Desk which is open every day from 8 am to 11 pm. We take our guests comments very seriously and address every one of them. All our rooms have been fully renovated and have new mattresses, appliances, flat screen TV and split AC unit. In all the rooms by the canal we recommend you keep your doors close because being in such a tropical environment has its perks and means sometimes mosquitoes or any kind of bug can get in the room. Pros: Room cleaning services were sufficient. It has hot drink making equipment, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Cons: Should not call this hotel
Location: We rented a car therefore we were able to access places. No free access to beach/es but lots of places where they charge a fee plus activities.
No phone provide to call reception. Inexperience staff at the reception. It was more like a motel place. No entertainment/ activities, no bar/ reception area to hang around. Did not feel private with curtains open as it was passing area for guests both sides main door and windows. Could not relax in the room.

Convenient stop in Tavernier, with amenities

Two pools, waterside breakfast cafe, short walk to outstanding Old Tavernier Restaurant, spacious second floor rooms overlooking scenic canal - great stop for senior bicycling tourists

WiFi never worked, rooms were very small but was fine because we were out majority of the time, there were some ants in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Location
Cons: Size of bathroom, very small.
Location: Located at the beginning of Key Islamorada. Great location for everything.
Wonderful cleaning staff. Loved the location and the way the room opened to the creek.
