This property is nothing like it looks online. I saw the property and room and left. After notifying management we also weren’t given a refund so the customer service is equally disappointing. Please choose another hotel in the area as the reviews here do not accurately reflect how this hotel looks.

This is a well kept old-school property with great landscaping, water access and great customer service! Remodeled and updated rooms bring this treasure into today’s standards and our spacious suite was perfect for our family.

Our 2 bedroom room was very large and comfortable for our stay. Our beachfront room had a beautiful view, especially for sunrise! Pool was really nice to enjoy as well. We only stayed overnight but we will definitely plan to stay again soon and for a longer stay!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. It lists as water front, there is literly room for just 3 chairs on the waters edge, did i metion that you have to walk on rocks to get to the waters edge. No beach area. Or access for swimming in the ocean. The property is very dated. Paper thin walls, could hear the people in the next room as clearly as the people in my room. Yhe main check in and office, were the breakfast and bicycle pick up area is across the street from the main hotel and cottages. The Marina, staff were friendly and helpful. However the jet skiis and boats are very worn, and old.

I can't say enough good things about our stay! We rented a 2 bedroom unit. So spacious, views were breathtaking. Quite, had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning till 10:30. Check out 11. Thomas manager offered so many suggestions to our questions .

Poor staffing and no one made our rooms up . Got locked out during office hours and no one was available to let us in. Office staff tried to charge additional fees that were not part of the price for the rooms . Definitely a scam!

A full service, in which beds are made and the room is cleaned, is only performed every 3 days. Every other day we only offer a light service, unless you request otherwise. Also, the fees that we attempted to charge you were resort fees, which are applicable and paid by ALL guests staying with us. Old property. Air conditioner in suite's main room was not cooling. This was a problem in January, but it would be much bigger problem in summer months. Answer to everything when notifying front desk is that they can move you. We get the sense that this is not a NEW problem, but an existing one and repairs have been delayed/ignored. Ice machine not working in tower. Previous reviewers as far as 6 months back had same complaint. Are repairs being ignored? Other problems with room: lack of mirrors - only mirror was in bathroom; slow running bathroom sink drain; no toilet bolt caps; dirty floor; very LOW water pressure; no coffee maker in room yet had coffee cups and pods. Front desk person at check in was not welcoming or friendly. Overall very poor impression of Hadley House. Would not stay there again.

We couldn’t open our door when we first got there. We had to call the front desk to come out and change our keys. Everything was good. Nothing exceptional. Would have liked coffee available earlier like 7 am in the lobby. They told us to go to Starbucks. Also had to pay a resort fee when we stayed less than 12 hours. Never had time to use resort.

We stayed 2 nights. Master bedroom bed was making squeaky noise, because of that we couldn't sleep all night. Complaint about it and they did nothing. Both night were horrible. NOT worth the price. I was told that nothing can be done.

I think you should change the lighting! No white light LED. Pillows were not great. Mattress pad would have been nice on the bed. Carpet rug in bedroom was turning up. Staff at front desk were very nice.

Terrible. Not what I expected of the Keys.
Awful hotel. The pool is in a parking lot and the outside looks very run down. I cant comment on the rooms because we did not stay here, we immediately booked another hotel on the island as there are MANY better options.

You wont regret it!!
Beautiful resort!! You can rent a boat or jet skis on the dock there. They even give courtesy bike to take a bike ride. Absolutely going back!!!!!

Stayed in the pool villa and had to be switched from the first one for a strange odor. Second villa 502 floods the parking under it so can’t park there. Key stopped working twice and second time there was no one in office or answered calls for half hour to be let into room. Waited 3 days for shampoo that never came.

We booked one of the biggest room for 6 people but it’s so limited and beds are small only 4 chairs and tiny dining table..

Decent room for the price
This hotel has an extremely friendly and caring office staff. The fact that the office doesn't open until 8 am, though, is a negative if you want to get the free continental breakfast early in the day. We had issues with bugs in the first room (pool king, with no view) so were moved to the tower, which had a beautiful view. We took advantage of the included bikes and kayaks. I would stay again because the price is decent for what you get.

The view and accomodations were awesome. We did not appreciate the elevator being down over half our stay being on the 4th floor and being senior citizens.
