Nice hotel, good location, great breakfast,price!

Pros: Location, price
Location: Near everything, rented bikes and bikes all over, took the ferry to Dry Tortuga, only minutes away
Easy to get to, clean relaxing pool, friendly staff. We arrived early no problem

NONSMOKING HOTEL

Cons: We were gone all day to beach and came back at 3pm and room still not cleaned so had to wait at pool till they cleaned it so we could get showers,
Location: Beach only a mile away and free parking with lots of room to park. Beautiful day spent there.
This is the first hotel we ever stayed at where there was no smoking at the pool. So many times we put up with smoke smell as we layed by the pool. The bedrooms could have been a little bigger but we only sleep and shower there so no big deal.. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was hot and good. Lots of places to sit and relax while eating and reading the free paper. Never had to look for a place to lay by the pool. Only 2 miles from Duval St, Rented a bicycle built for 2 with my cousin and rode our bike to Duval one night. Laughed all the way there and back.

Lots of $$ for a tiny room

Room was in am older section. Clean, updated, small--expected a bit more for $220 per noc. Clean enough and updated. I realize costs are high in Key West but felt it was over the top....at home it would be $89.99.... breakfast area was lovely tho!

I am sorry if you didn't feel that we offered a value. We are in a very small destination location so pricing in general is not really comparable with hotels on the mainland. We do our best to stay competitively priced and offer a value to our guests. Again, I am sorry if you felt that we did not achieve that objective. Thank you.

Worth the most money in Keywest area

In Keywest area, you don't have many options but this one is one of the best. There is complimentary refreshing breakfast as well. Rooms are clean, pool is nice and staff are good as well. 5 star to this property.

Less than 2 miles from Duval Street.

Pros: Good location and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Better coffee cups in room. More waste baskets.
For what we paid it's the little things that matter. The room was small. They should have had the coffee cups with lids in the room. There was only 1 tiny waste basket. I really can't imagine 4 people staying in that room.

Nice hotel

Confortable hotel. I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park. The staff was friendly, the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. I had just one evening here, but was enough for knowing the hotel.

Room was smaller than I expected. It's not a typical room size for Fairfield Inn & Suites

Rooms were smaller than photo suggests. Hotel does not offer any shuttle rides to duval street or airport.

Front desk staff very helpful. We want to change our room and they checked in the computer and no problem.
