The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very prompt service. Excellent breakfast. Concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable! Enjoyed the unexpected free drinks & music. Allowed use of both the Fairfield & the sister hotel's pools next-door. We were able to safety keep our e-bikes in our room. Used the convenient free shuttle everyday which avoided Key West parking cost and hassle. Full room amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would come back.

They only have us towels for 3 people when we had 4 booked in the room. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get a key made and after the 3rd time I made a person from the hotel go up with me. He couldn’t get in and had to call someone to get us into our room! It’s not something I want to deal with after a late night.

Property was conveniently located near the airport. We booked this property after our flight was cancelled due to the severe weather. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable at an affordable price. Breakfast was also included. Staff were responsive to our needs and friendly. Pool was very nice and grounds were beautiful.

A very good value for any hotel in Key West. It was clean well maintained reasonably priced because it was not very close to downtown Key West but they had a free shuttle. Wasn’t by to many other things but I would stay here again . The free breakfast was good also.

This is a newer property but our sink was clogged where water wasn't draining. Kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. There was a fee to park the vehicle ($15), they also had an amenities package ($25) if one wants to use their shuttle. The free breakfast was a good addition with quite a few options. I only wish they were cleaning the tables fast for folks to sit and use. The location is good from the other major attractions except that it can be loud due to the major road by it. We were awaked few times by the sound of emergency vehicles at night.

Hotel is BASIC. Very clean. Had to ask for housekeeping everyday; sometimes they never showed. Problems solved quickly tho. Pool was small but adequate except for chicken poop everywhere (don’t go barefoot!) Front desk were friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Johanny & Delvin were absolutely fantastic tho & turned us on to many great places. They saved our vaca truly! Shuttle to Duval St is convenient but books quickly & should run later.
