The Latitudes restaurant onsite was excellent. Enjoyed a hot breakfast each day. Menu options were good. Waitstaff very attentive. Had dinner here one evening. Craft cocktails were excellent. Appetizers & entrees were good. Waitstaff again addressed all of our needs. Indoor & outdoor dining available. Nice location on the property.

Only one overpriced restaurant. Pool area was nothing special. No beach. soda and candy machines would be nice to have on every floor, staff was excellent.

Staff was friendly and the property was well maintained, clean and the restaurant very good. Location is great. But all in all this Hotel was awfully expensive.

Our stay was what one would expect with a Hyatt property, clean/good service. The price tag is the reason for the 4 stars. The views for our stay coupled with the limited amenities made me wish I’d booked somewhere not on the water.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was quiet yet located where you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. There are tons of restaurants close by and you are 2-3 blocks from Duval. The restaurant has a great breakfast (add breakfast onto your room) and you can hang out around the pool or find a spot on a dock if you want something quieter. Lisa, Mikki, RAF were a few of our servers who were excellent and we needed fresh towels every day as my husband was sick so they cleaned our room every day on request. Also Erin in the gift shop is a gem and very helpful! We had a fabulous stay! Everyone there provides excellent customer service!

Will return , enjoyed my stay. But next time I won’t get my up graded room next to the street where the beach was It was noisy most of the time.

There were gaps in the door that night, air and light in. Light switch in the bathroom did not work properly. I paid the same price is three other couples that went down there and they all got better rooms than I did. Their views were much better.

For spending a 1,000 a night to have construction being done outside our patio was not fun. You are paying this price for the location. Room was ok, would not say cosmetic perfect for spending this much.

Very close to restaurants and attractions. Beaches are pretty much non existant in Key West.Very small if you find one.
