Overall a good experience. Pool are was nice. Really enjoyed the gas grill area for being able to BBQ on site. Only real complaint was waiting to get hot water when showering. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by pleasant staff who made every effort to ensure that the checkin process was seamless. The property simply beautiful, the condo spacious and view breathtaking. The property amenities made the stay worthwhile. We didn’t have to leave for anything unless we wanted to venture out for excursions or a night out on the town. We had a wonderful time and already planning our next visit. Thank you Hyatt Vacation Club at Winward Pointe, Key West for an amazing visit!

I was so disappointed. No amenities zero!! Only one Place to eat and limited. Only one place to get anything To drink or coffee and it’s only open a few hours. What A waste of my money. No place to do anything it’s so Remote no food, activities, customer service, not even A proper walkway so dangerous near the highway with Kids.

Ocean front view . Great stay . Close to airport and highway 1 but it’s not busy. Beautiful rooms fully appointed with kitchens and fully furnished balconies. Great pool and hot tub. Our family enjoyed!

Like others have said this is away from ‘downtown’ which can be a blessing. Well kept property with plenty of elbow room at pool. We got a 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen; made everything easy. I’d recommend it for a family!

We (family of 4) had a great time at this resort. Friendly staff and very fresh and clean. Great location across from the ocean. Our condo was great. There is a Publix grocery a couple miles away for food and snacks. Beautiful pool.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Allowed an early check in in a different room because ours wasn’t quite ready. Some airplane noise, but it seems like the whole island has lots of air traffic.

We loved the balcony and view. Kitchen is equipped with the main items needed to prepare meals. If you would like to enjoy a meal outside of the property, there are two wonderful restaurants beside of the property. We will definitely consider this property when we return.

Windward Pointe by Hyatt was a great stay for my wife and myself. Our suite was outstanding! The kitchen, dining area, living room and deck were spacious and well appointed. We watched the sun rise every morning from our deck. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The pool and restaurant were also fantastic. We were a short ride from Duval Street and all the attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and we will be back!

Great time.
Great staff, nice clean property. Airport didn’t bother us. 12 minutes to Duvall St. 10 am checkout surprised me. Only problem was comforter on the bed was not comfortable. I would return.

My family and I loved spending the Holiday season at this beautiful property. The concierge and front desk staff were amazingly helpful and nice and the restaurants bartender was an absolute gem, I forgot her name but she’s from Slovakia and has lived in Key West for 9 years. She has an amazing spirit and very informative. We will definitely be back to visit!!
