Eye spy another lizard in the foliage of Sombrero Beach. Brand new lobster traps ready to go at King Fisheries in Vaca Key, Florida On a cool day in the Keys, this iguana could have selected a better place to warm up. We helped him to the other side of the road. Still kayaking in the Florida Keys. Today is a cold and windy day but we ventured into the mangroves. Got this interesting pic of a snowy egret. A beautiful ibis awaiting dinner at Sombrero Beach. 2017 marathon FL Beautiful Sombrero Beach in Marathon, Florida. #FloridaKeys #SaltLife #Wanderlust #Beach #IslandLife #Summertime #BeachDays A beautiful sunset over the Keys. Watching playful dolphins too. My favorite spot to watch the sunset this time of year because the old 7mile is always so crowded. It sets gulf side in summer and is the best part about living in the keys. #floridakeys #sunset #waterlust Biplane ride in the Keys, looking at Seven Mile Bridge. So much wildlife to see around the mangroves of Sombrero Beach. Loving our kayak adventures at Marathon Florida #restaurant
Small seafood eatery, very easy to drive by and miss, but don't, you must stop here. Great small menu, and lots of outdoor setting. This place kind of feels like an old diner. Jellies on the loose @Sombrero Beach, Marathon FL Keys Deli with fresh stone crab, shrimp, salads, etc. but also a restaurant. Indoor or outdoor dining in a giant tiki hut! My favorite spot to watch the sunset has now become my favorite to watch the sunrise! #waterlust #floridakeys #sunrise The manatees would come up to you and check you out. We could sit on the sand and watch so many just travel by. #BeachBound Good inexpensive food, great sunset. Try the lobster reuben. Casual lunch spot...Outdoor picnic tables along the ocean. The sign said 203,210 Lobster Reubens served since they opened. Have to do it ...interesting combo. #restaurant
This is my view from Sparky's Landing Fish and Cocktails. Having lunch on Marathon Key. Sailed off the coast of sombrero beach! Unbelievable sunset. ✨ #restaurant
A little conch stew, by the water. Followed up by some fantastic KeyLime Pie! Injured and rehabing turtles @ The Turtle Hospital Great spot for relaxed dinner, drinks and live music. Wood fire pizza and cold beer works well here. Marathon, FL Good food, wonderful desserts It might look small from the road, but has a big outdoor space in the back. Breakfast kinda spot. Come to this market and restaurant open for lunch only, at one of the best seafood restaurants in the Keys! Great service and prices, fresh local seafood, good sides and key lime pie with indoor and outdoor seating. Located at mile marker 51.
